Went to this car wash yesterday to clean my 2022 ice castle, while pulling into stall the door came down on roof of trailer breaking off antenna, backed out once door opened again, called and left details and contact info for manager, just received return call from manager claiming that company would not consider them selfs liable for damages since it is self serve and they have no other claims like this against them, oh but did say “ we will hook you up with some quarters next time you come through”…thanks but ill go where company cares about their customers.

Great first experience! Costs a little more than my regular car wash, but totally worth it! There were 2 people spraying my car off as I entered and then after putting my vehicle in Neutral, it brought me through. The touch free car wash scares me kiddos because it's so loud, but they thought it was fun to go through here with the big brushes that looked like an octopus! Definitely buying a monthly pass next time!

The wash job is the best in town the only gripe ..I have is my debit card being charged even after I cancel it ..turns out they miss spelled my name and couldn't find me to cancel it ..and some how that's my fault because I payed for it. for 3 months till it finally got cancelled and no offer to refund my money back..

Less than one star if I could. The vehicle was not even cleans after they called for me to pick up the vehicle seats are still soaking wet. They fried the on board radio screen and backup camera. Claiming it was like that when the vehicle was brought in. Staff is young immature and not caring. The manager Nick wont take action about it. Never bring your vehicle here!

The last time I went to Buff N Glo, I paid for a full service oil change. The did not do a full service oil change. My tires were low, air was not added. The hinges were not greased, the filters not checked, etc. I drove back in to get a refund (I just requested the difference between a basic oil change and full service). The employee could not do it, instead offered me a free car wash. I will never be back. What happened is borderline criminal in my opinion. They didn't preform what services I paid for and would not refund me. Don't waste your time here.
