Monica was born and raised in Strongsville and graduated from SHS in 1982. Her parents moved to Strongsville after emigrating from Germany and she still lives on the same street that she grew up on. Family means the world to Monica. Her husband, Pat, works construction, and they have been married since 1987.

Highly recommend Dr. Butler and her staff - had a wonderful experience from start to finish, in scheduling the appointment to being at my appointment. Everyone is so professional and friendly. Monica at the front desk is remarkable and so easy to work with; she goes above and beyond for patients especially in dealing with the insurance companies. Highly recommend this practice.

I cannot stress enough how great and patient the staff has been. My 5 year old has had an interesting case with his teeth, to say the least. They listened and really showed they care. Even when my son became scared/uncooperative. Dr Zhou (apologies if I spelled it wrong) filling in for Dr Butler is a real gem. From the time you enter until the time you leave you feel welcomed. Thank you again for being so upfront, honest, and patient.

The entire staff including Dr. Butler (Owner), Jamie (Hygienist) and Monica (Office Manager) are so knowledgeable, thorough and friendly!! From great dental care, to maximizing my insurance benefits all with a warm smile and “have a great day”! They’ve taken all the proper COVID measures to ensure patient safety is their #1 priority and the check in process runs smoothly. Also, the office is completely brand new and equipped with the latest technology. Highly recommended!!

After moving from Florida to Strongsville, my wife randomly selected Dr. Butler. My wife was able to get in rather quickly as a new patient and was pleased with the choice. A few weeks later, I was able to get in with a terrible toothache at a moments notice. The staff, including Monica at the front desk and Dr. Butler, were excellent. The office is the cleanest dental facility I’ve ever been in. We couldn’t be happier as new patients. I’d recommend Dr.Butler.

My first visit at Butler Family Dentistry was fantastic from coming in the door to setting up future appointments! The care the hygienist provided was second-to-none. She understood and explained the causes for my specific concerns and gave me ways to address them. She also took great care to make sure my experience was positive.
