We chose Dr. Arnie for our Son's need for the braces among 4 other orthodontists from North Olmsted to Brecksville. That was several years ago already. We are now very happy that we decided to go with Dr Arnies. We would not hesitate to send our second child to him if we had a second child, but fortunately or unfortunately we only have one 😁 And we certainly feel that we made an awesome decision for our Son's orthodontics with Dr. Arnie and his office!

My appointment involved a simple, scheduled routinely, cleaning of my teeth. Jenny is my all time favorite, and I typically see her. She does the best job cleaning my teeth ever!!! I have been a client for what feels like many years now, and I am happy to say that I am always pleased. She and Dr. Aerni have taught me how to really take appropriate care of my teeth daily. I have been impressed by the available technology and use of it on my visits to ensure my gums and teeth are healthy long term. Dr. Aerni is well versed in not only dentistry but also orthodontics and takes time to explain everything fully. Every time I have been there I feel like I am the only patient. The staff is amazing and so helpful. Always a bright happy face greeting you. Dr. Aerni is also very passionate about what he does and has decades of experience to back him up. I'd recommend if you are looking for a dentist to try them out. You won't regret it.

I've had the LANAP procedure before by Dr Aerni and the outcome has been outstanding. No pain and it has been 6 days, my follow-up was excellent and everything looks very good. I would recommend this to any patient with gum problems. This is the new way to go

Transparency, that is what I absolutely love about Dr. Aerni and his staff. Any recommendations are backed up with photos that clearly demonstrate the necessity of the recommended service. Technology, second to none, Dr. Aerni stays on top of what is new on the market and brings it to his clients. It is incredible how much can be accomplished in a single visit that used to take multiple visits. Education, they are great at explaining what it takes to have a good oral hygiene routine at home also.

I was greeted with warm smiles everywhere as I entered the office for the very first time. I also got a gift from the staff for establishing care there as a new client. The staffs took time to explain everything. Dr Aerni was also very personable and sat down to explain the process which was really reassuring. I would recommend this place to anyone! The office looks out to the Metro parks so you don't feel enclosed. Make sure you wear a sweater as the office is very cold! The only thing I would complain is that it would take months to get in for an appointment, but you have the option to be
