As a Northern Virginia native, I have acquired vast amounts of knowledge about the communities throughout the region. This in turn allows me to know exactly the areas that would be a perfect fit for my clients. Searching for a new home or investment property can be daunting. Having and agent on your side who has been through the process a time or two can make the difference between having a good home buying experience, or a bad one.
First, you should know that booking a listing appointment in no way obligates you to use me as your realtor. The consultation is free and generally takes place in your home over the course of an hour. We will first sit down and talk about your expectations and hopefully during the process you will gain some insight in to me as well.
So you have decided to buy home, now what? That is what I will go over during a buyer consultation. I will ask you questions about what you are looking for in a home, areas you like to live, and of course, your budget. Dont know what your budget will be, that's OK. Brooke has be wonderful to work with even from 1,000 miles away. We were so nervous to buy in such a crazy market without ever seeing the neighborhoods, roads or even property we were bidding on but she gave us great feedback and virtual tours so we could decide. She connected us with all the resources we needed for a smooth transition and the Homes for Heros program saved us thousands.
