These are our standard prices for our professional dry cleaning, alteration and other services. There are extra charges for delicate fabrics such as: linen, silk, cashmere, alpaca and garments that require special processing and extra care.
We always try our best to clean, finish and restore your garments but some stains might not completely come out as further damage might occur trying to remove difficult stains from such food stains from tea, curry, mustard and berries to name a few.

I had unusual stains on a silk sleeveless top and matching lightweight tunic jacket. I had not worn these in some time and packed them for a weekend trip. I discovered the stains on both articles when I was dressing. I had no idea the source of the stains. They were noticeable enough that I almost threw them away but decided to take them to Lansdowne Cleaners. They did a remarkable job of removing the stains! I am very pleased and satisfied!

I love this cleaners and will only go here as long as I’m in the area. I have had my military uniforms dry cleaned (including my whites) and each time they come back looking brand new. This past time I had gotten makeup all over my boyfriends white dress shirt and suit jacket and they have the shirt and suit looking BRAND NEW! I couldn’t believe they got all that makeup out of that white shirt. Such a hospitable place and the family who owns it are such good people. Love this community cleaners so much.

I thought my clothes were ruined! They were stored in a basement with mold issues. I live in DC but have had such great customer service with Landsdowne Cleaners in the past. I brought my problem to them. Young Oh knew exactly what to do as he is an expert in property damage due to water. He stayed in touch with me every step of the way in order to file with my insurance company for either the loss or the cost of restoring. I am happy to report his team got everything back to its original state! I will continue to drive the distance to get this level of customer service. THANK YOU!

They ruined a sweater. First claimed that I had brought it in that way, which is ridiculous. Why would I bring in a sweater with a quarter of the bottom ripped off? And how would a place as stingy as this not notice it? Then they tried to low ball compensation. Then they still had the gall to try to charge the cleaning fee. Worst customer service ever. I will never go back.

If you value your hard earned money, do not do business with Lansdowne Cleaners on Promenade Dr in Leesburg, VA. They overcharge!
I brought in two Rayon/Viscose/Spandex sundresses to be hemmed (only a 1/4 to 1/2 inch). A simple cut and sew as the material was not expensive nor were there multiple layers. After being pinned, I brought the dresses up to the counter. The saleswoman stated it would be $52. Thinking that price (for Northern VA) was not bad for two alterations in which a basic hem was done, I told the lady I would be back later in the day with two more!

I've never experienced such horrible alteration work or customer service is my life. They quoted me a price to hem a long dress and then charged me almost double to pick it up. I was told, "This is a long dress." Since they pinned it, I think they should have noticed it was long when they first quoted me a price. I picked the dress up, and one side was at least 2 inches shorter than the other. They told me to come back the next day to talk to the manager. I did that, and she asked me to try the dress on. When I did, I was told, "I can't hem this dress. It's all uneven." SERIOUSLY? I wasn't given
