Tyco Cleaners
Since 1991, Tyco Cleaner's has been a premiere dry cleaning service for the Northern Virginia area. Trust us to take care of you and your priceless attire. We've all had a pair of favorite shoes that we can't seem to let go of. Here at Tyco Cleaner's, we are able to fix all shoes and bring your favorites back to life.

I have been getting my clothes dry cleaned from this place for the past 2 years now. I initially chose this place as its a 2-minute drive from my place. But over the past couple of years, I have been hooked to them due to their service and quality or work. This is a friendly little shop that does a great job on my dress shirts!

Below average service, they didn't want to take my cotton dress that had hot chocolate spilled on it but took my dress shirts for $1.90 each. Needless to say, I washed it at home at it was fine. Not sure if they want business or not because after this I'll sure be going to another drycleaner's for mine.

I lived in Tysons for three years and used Tyco Cleaners at least once a month, if not more, for my significant other's suits, as he travels for work every week. I have even had them hem some of my long dresses and they turn out perfect.
I have never had a problem with Tyco Cleaners and I hope through COVID their business thrives because they deserve it.

Was good service until they damaged slacks in their drycleaning process, then argued to charge a fee to fix their mistake.

Extremely slow and not ready when promised. I dropped off several items on a Monday and said I would be back the following Monday. When I returned a week later nothing was ready and no apologizes were made. Extremely poor customer service. Expensive and not ready when promised. I will not be using again.

I have been going to Tyco cleaners for more than 20 years. The quality of the service is great, they take very good care of my garments, the alterations are very reasonable price.
Good quality !

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! I brought my expensive designer winter jacket with leather trim and dropped it off to get it cleaned. They returned it to me with the leather literally shredded and destroyed. And then they tried to blame it on me! It will be over $100 to repair and they won't take any responsibility for it. I even had to beg to get refunded for the $22.50 cleaning costs, which is a joke because that should be a given considering they destroyed it. Do not come here EVER!

The quality has really gone down here, which is too bad because this little dry cleaners was very fast and conveniently located for me. I'd been using them for over a year without incident, but they must have some new employees who aren't well trained, as most of my shirts would come out with lines and wrinkles pressed into them. As a dry cleaner, if you can't iron a shirt, you aren't much good to anyone. I switched cleaners, and I can't recommend that anyone go here. Two stars, because they never permanently ruined any clothes, so it could always be worse!

They tore my $70 pants and lied about it and ruined the hem on my other pants. Never returning!
