General internal medicine physicians serve teens through adults by preventing, finding and treating illnesses. They often act as primary care physicians who coordinate your care, even when other doctors are involved. Here at Optimal Health Choice we understand that each individual circumstance is unique.

Optimal Health Choice's mission is to provide personalized, high-quality care on an as-needed or preventative basis. We have created a practice that we believe in and choose for our own family members. We are a full-service internal medicine practice of dedicated, experienced physicians who believe in working with our patients to maintain and improve their health.

At Optimal Health Choice, we understand being diagnosed with a disease can be difficult, both emotionally and physically. The entire staff at Optimal Health Choice is here for you and will work with you as a team. Dr, Orelus takes a patient first approach and is trained to provide treatment of most acute and chronic diseases.

Dr. Emmanuel Orelus is an internal medicine physician. Dr. Orelus is an undergraduate of the University of Florida and a graduate of St. Matthews University School of Medicine in Grand Cayman, British West Indies. He also completed a non-accredited Fellowship in Clinical Immunology at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, Florida.

Be active for at least 2 hours a week. Include activities that raise your breathing and heart rates and that strengthen your muscles. At Optimal Health Choice we believe patient education is an important part of your health. Therefore, we make it a priority to explain signs and symptoms, potential causes, treatment options and prevention methods to all of our patients.
