Part of feeling good about your health is knowing that you have a medical clinic that you can depend on. I've been a patient before. I've had surgery before. This is the worst Doctor Office, they have staff giving perceptions they are unknown of, they don't contact you and they reschedule your appoinments without informing you. They do not complete paperwork in timely manner. This office use to be a great place but staff is rude and be carful their a doctor Jean Celicourt he will perscribed pills that was not suppose to be taken together at all!!! be careful coming to this office it will only harm you.

This is an unfortunate poor review mostly reflecting the office and their staff at the Royal Palm Beach Medical Group. I called the office on Monday (1/10/22) to schedule a new patient consult with Dr. Jerisa Berry. The female staff on the phone taking my information informed me that their was an appointment as early as that day, being that it was too soon for me, I asked if there was an appointment for the following (side note- the receptionist appeared to be new and in training as I could hear a male voice in the background helping and directing her questions and set up process). Do NOT go here. I went in as a new patient. I scheduled with a female Dr and a man walked in to say she dnt work here. 🚩🚩After the visit he sent 3 prescriptions to pharmacy. I go n only receive 1. The pharmacy proceeds to tell me that the doctor wrote the prescription incorrectly and the other prescription needed to be written for generic form. I am mediately call the doctors office and get voicemail. This happened on a Friday. Monday morning called three times. Tuesday morning I called another three times. Wednesday morning I called two times. Needless to say I have not received a phone

They don’t send you an appointment confirmation text or anything. Had me fill out 6+ Papers so they don’t get sued. And then proceeded to ask me questions I already answered in the papers. Made an appointment at 9:20 to be seen at 10. They didn’t even care they were wasting my time.

Don’t bother going here. I scheduled an appointment two weeks in advance, and when I arrived at the scheduled time of 9:00, the door was locked and nobody was there. They were supposed to have been open since 8:00, and nobody was answering the phone when I called. I waited around for an hour and still nobody showed up. Really horrible experience.

If I could give a -5 review I would. After having sporadic medical insurance due to COVID. Got a new job and got new insurance. This place is listed as a service provider for my health insurance. The Doctor of this office canceled my appointment without seeing me obtaining any info. By asking what my costs where and insisting upon knowing my out of pocket costs before treatment. That made them determine I was not a good fit. They would not tell me my cost before treatment. Told me to call my insurance company which I did. Then called them. They doctors office refused to verify my insurance until

There is no doctor in house, and when you ask for one, you are given the runaround. They also filed false claims on my insurance and charged co-pays they were not supposed to charge based on my coverage. When you first arrive, they have you sign a form to say you will never sue them if they file false claims, which I thought was weird, but now I know why. The first appointment

Royal Palm Beach Medical Group is simply the best doctors office. The staff is kind and welcoming, Lee is awesome! The doctor spends time with each patient getting to know the problem and making sure to address every concern they have thoroughly. When you are there you feel that everyone in the office really cares about your well-being. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. I AM VERY PLEASED with them, and you will be as well.

I was very pleased with my experience at Royal Palm Medical Group. It was good to be treated with professionalism and care. The staff makes you feel safe. This place truly makes you feel great when you walk out. I am grateful for having them and don’t feel dread the next time I need a check up, or anything for that matter.
