I can't say enough good things about The Mindful Body! Stacie, the owner, is an absolute gem. She is so intentional, wise, and authentic in her approach to life + teaching. When you are in her presence, you can't help but have your spirits be lifted. I've learned so much about my mind, body + spirit from our work together.
