We went to see Paula Poundstone at The Schaefer Center as part of An Appalachian Summer. The venue was live and livestream. We felt very comfortable attending the live event.

So within covid we had tickets for Rosanne Cash. Obviously cancelled. They wouldn't refund. This was March 2019. I left emails with no response several times over 2020. This year I have called. Finally reached someone today who said they sent out a secret email (no doubt bound for junk) in January telling us how to get refund...no letter, just email.
Anyway window closed so I am screwed out of my money. Really a poor & somewhat cheesy way to do business...!!

Paid $70 for concert tickets, drove 5 hours and paid $100 on a room. They ran out of beer 20 minutes before the concert even started. Please let patrons know if you aren’t going to provide them.

This auditorium is wonderful. There are literally no bad seats -- no obstructed views, no sound issues. There are some great events here too.

We visited for 2019 orientation for the fall.
Nice facility worth good acoustics and I can't wait to see a performance in the place.
Just wish the rest rooms were closer to each exit.

Love this place. It's clean! My grandson and I went for the summer movies and we both thoroughly enjoyed it. He especially loved the drink, cookie and popcorn that came with the movie! Will go back again and again.

Fantastic venue for live music. It's a lovely auditorium with comfortable seating and helpful ushers and staff. The crew doing audio visual was spot on. I would consider attending another event there.
