The State of Michigan has a no-fault divorce statute, which means that a divorce will be granted to a husband and wife if ".there remains no reasonable likelihood that the marriage can be preserved." In a real world sense, a divorce will be granted if either the husband or wife wants one. There a certain residency requirements to consider as well if you are seeking a divorce.

It is comforting to know whenever I have a legal issue come up I can trust I am in good hands with Maria. She has represented me on a couple of occasions always delivers what I am asking for and in no way wastes my time for things she knows aren't worth the time and money to fight over. Corrine is also incredibly helpful and will reply to any questions via phone or email in minutes. I recommend Barone Law offices to everyone looking for an attorney.

Our experience with Maria was nothing short of outstanding! She was on top of things from the first meeting. Anytime I had questions (which was often) Corrine was more than willing to answer and explain everything to me so thoroughly. The office is so efficient and so helpful and understanding. Maria was so compassionate to our situation and extremely fierce during the legal process. She achieved the exact outcome we hoped for and we could not have made a better choice for attorney!
