Founded in 1971 by Roy Brewer and operating under the original name of Brewer Sales, our company got its start serving the awards and personalization industry as a trophy component and equipment distributorship. Over the years our business has evolved from a one man show to a team of sales and support staff who take great pride in offering superior customer service and technical solutions.
Visit the offices of Engraving Concepts in Arlington every second Monday or third Saturday of the month for special open house activities. On Saturday you can visit the showroom to ask questions, visit with staff and find some new ideas. On the second Monday of the month Engraving Concepts also hosts a special Users' Clinic and Corel Basics Seminar.

Purchased a pre-owned Helix 50w from Engraving Concepts and it was an exceptional experience.
I dealt primarily with Jeanette whom I meet on the Epilog Users FB page when I was looking for a new laser and was also looking at ULS lasers. I'm not in their territory, but she answered many questions about Epilog and put me in touch with Randy who spent about an hour on the phone with me answering a bunch of technical questions I had about Epilog lasers.
When I finally decided to go with Epilog over ULS, they happened to have a Pre-owned 50w Helix that they originally sold, and because of the service

I bought a laser engraver from these nice people 5 years ago& they still exceed all my expectations of service. The machine has never broken down & I use it just about all day 6 days per week. I run into challenges once in a while but I can always count on Randy Allen to help. No matter where he is he always finds time to get back to me with help. Roy Brewer, the owner of the company helped me 20 years ago with an engraver I didn’t even buy from him. I didn’t buy it from him because at the time I didn’t know him. He is a fine, honest & very knowledgeable man yet humble & friendly always.

The folks at Engraving Concepts have been a pleasure to work with. From the day we went down there to review lasers and make a selection. The staff is friendly and professional to deal with. If you have an issue or question they get right on it and stay on top of it until your questions are thoroughly answered or your issue is completely resolved. I love my Epilog Laser!

We bought our first Epilog in 2008, and a second in 2012 from them. We have always had excellent service from Roy and the crew, and their initial training got us going, and generating income. They have helped us on the technical side on numerous occasions, and recently serviced both machines for the first time. A few parts replaced and back in service.

This is an organization that is dedicated to customer service. One of the hangups about buying a laser engraver for the first time is learning Corel Draw. Engraving Concepts offers free Corel Training monthly and it's really a big help! Their service is outstanding. There have been a couple of times I was working late and ran into an issue I didn't understand. I emailed Randy Allen not expecting a reply till the next day. To my surprise I got an answer back in just a few minutes and this was probably 11:00 at night. I overwhelmed that someone would actually give me an answer so late at night! The

This company was very nice in the beginning. We had asked them to come fix the two epilog lasers both whom started giving us trouble. They came 3 times and all three times it was the same problem. They would not stand behind their service nor would help resolve the issue. One of the ladies kept saying they were going to write off the debt and i offered to pay my balance because I don't want to feel like i owe anyone any money but she refused to come and fix the machine. She was very rude through our email exchanges and I would never ever work with them ever again.
