For God's sake do not come to this place. 🙄 The owner is crazy he messed up my phone and when I asked him what's going on with it. He said your phone cannot be fixed. But he wouldn't refund me.

Awful customer service. Prepare to come here more than once because they will not do a good job the first time around.

Ive been waiting 3 days to get my phone fixed they finally tell me to come and get it and they decide to go on break... I live 10 minutes away. I come back at 6 since they close at 7 but they decided to close early. Now I have to wait a 4th day to hopefully get my phone back broken fixed it doesn't matter at this point. Never coming here again.

I needed my phone screen replaced and they were quick to receive the parts and more affordable than other places I asked for quotes from. They also provide a warranty on their screens which came in handy when there was an issue with the part they received. They quickly replaced my screen again and I couldn't be happier. Wonderful experience all around.

I went to repair my iPad 7th generation because the screen was cracked. They were the cheapest place I could find near me. They fixed my iPad screen the same day I brought it in and took about three hours. I love their service. Definitely would recommend.

Horrible customer service! And they overcharge! I have had my screen replaced by them 3 times. The first time no problem. On the Second fix the home button did not work correctly nor did it register my thumb print. On the third time the bottom of my screen wouldn’t register touch. I could not use any apps or type message that were on the bottom half of my phone. They have a warranty there but when I went in to redeem it the staff argued with me saying they couldn’t replace it because I had damaged it. I ended up going to the mall! $20 cheaper and faster than this dump!

Horrible! I got my iPhone 8+ screen replaced on 10/31/18, and it was working perfectly fine for about 4 days. The screen pressure detection stopped working (like how if you press lightly your phone does one thing, and hard it does something different). Hadnt dropped it, or anything. Today it fell off the mount in my car( not a huge fall, has happened with the original screen and was no problem) and the screen did not crack, but the top of the phone (where the white background is) is fallen through! I paid over $100 for this! Are you kidding me?! Would definitely NOT recommend

Friendly, helpful and very competent staff! They were able to diagnose my phone issue quickly, and do the repair in under an hour! I was particularly impressed as I had called into the office in the morning and received a quote for the repair (the damage being assessed over the phone), and when I brought my phone in and the issue was confirmed, they honored the original price they had quoted me, even though they had found out shortly after my phone call they would have to be increasing the price of that particular part - and this was without me asking! I was very impressed by my overall experience

I've used their services twice. The first time, they were able to recover a phone that went through the wash! Quite impressive.
The second time, they replaced a cracked screen. Their prices are competitive with buying a new screen online and trying to do it myself.
They stand by their warranty. When the replacement screen had a defect, they swapped it with another one at no charge.

Excellent work and customer service. They have repaired several phones for my husband (broken screens), all done fast and at a fair price. I brought in a baby monitor with a broken power button, hoping they could help me even though it was not one of the typical items they repair. All of the staff were very nice and the gentleman was able to fix it while I waited (5-10 minutes) for a very fair price. I will definitely go back to them for any future phone/tablet repairs.
