I am SO GLAD I signed up with Around Town Computers for my techie needs! Remember what it used to be like, when you could call a real person and they actually picked up the phone and solved your problem? Well, no need to remember, it is still happening at Around Town Computers! I had a 5:30 Zoom meeting and my monitor went out 10 minutes before the meeting! I called ATC and Markus immediately knew what to do, helped me remotely, and I was able to facilitate my meeting ON TIME! Thank you Around Town Computers!!!

I have been using Around Town Computer Services since 2006 and have had tremendous results with their service. On different occasions I have encountered a virus which locked-up my computer and was unable to correct the situation myself and had to rely on their computer service to rectify the situation. In every case the virus was taken care of and eliminated from my computer.

I have worked with Around Town Computer Service for over 15 years & have always been extremely satisfied with the care & attention that I receive. I took my latest Verizon issue to Verizon technical support who were not able to correct an email problem I was having. When I called Markus at Around Town Computer Service he fixed it immediately! We have used Around Town Computer Service for several years now to maintain and repair our office and home computers and I have always been pleased with Markus' work. He can perform a great many services remotely which saves the customer time and money. I have also purchased at least three Dell refurbished business computers through him, which saved me money, loads of time and aggravation as he then came out and set them up for me. Around Town Computer Service LLC is a very professional computer service that goes above and beyond! At least I felt that way when I sent my brand new hard drive that had crashed and although it did not look promising, ALL of the information was recovered. I am starting a new business and had not backed up my work yet, so I was devastated to think it may not be recovered. Because he took such care and did such precision work, I have continued to use his services for the last 10 years!

I have been a very satisfied customer for over 15 years. In the early days, service was via "house calls." Remote service has been exceptional as I do annual cleaning and antivirus renewal. I have recently upgraded two computers and had Marcus install both antivirus and office software on both. He is efficient and professional. He has made many suggestions over the years and has saved me both money and frustration!

My family has kept Markus as our computer guy for over 5 years now and have never looked back. Even after we all moved away from northern Virginia, we still call Markus whenever we need help. He makes the whole process so simple by connecting to our computer using his remote support software.
Markus just finished working on my computer, a project that took over a day to complete.
