From our facility in Azusa, our ASE-certified mechanics take care of trucks and fleets from all over the region, and we'll come to you for service when you need us onsite or roadside. I had a DEF failure on my RV. The owner Craig was able to get us in his secured location after hours. The next morning his tech (Randy) diagnosed the issue with the latest scan tool and was able to get us back on the road quickly. Excellent communication and service. I would highly recommend this shop!!

If this went to into negative numbers it would be a -5.
Gary - the manager, and his staff are completely incompetent in working on vehicles. If you value your vehicle take it ANYWHERE else.
No concern for safety of anyone operating the vehicle and no sense of urgency to get your vehicle back to you. Charged $8K to repair parking break, replace the rotors/breaks and repair a leaking filler neck of the gas tank.
12 days later, leak is worse, parking break still not releasing, still no truck, might get the parts tomorrow maybe?

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with this company. We took our boat trailer in because the tires were wearing on the inside. Craig, the owner, diagnosed the trailer and took the time to speak with the manufacturer to make sure all of the trailer specifications were perfect. We ordered the part and he finished the work timely. He also stored it inside the entire time he had it. He was a pleasure to do business with and I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs their trailer repaired.

This all started when my daughter attempted to drive her RV (1991 Ford Lindy) across the country starting from LA. Shortly after leaving, it broke down and she had it towed to a long term storage lot in Azusa CA and then flew home to Virgina (Where I am as well). About a month later I used YELP to search for RV/Truck mechanics and sent out request for help messages to 3 different companies - one being Smith and Sons. I received a call from Smith and Sons within 30 minutes and I explained what had happened and what would be needed and they gladly stated they would help. (Of the other two, one

We are in town for just a couple of days and broke our trailer hitch wiring. We called around and most places needed one to four weeks to even look at it. We emailed Bobby at SE Smith with our issue and just a few hours later he got back to us with an estimate and said they could look out the same day. They not only fixed the problem they fixed another wiring problem we had in a few hours and for the same estimated price. Super nice people also. We highly recommend this company!

Has to be the longest I have ever waited for a valve adjustment. Took them more then 5 hours to get it done. They told me it would take 2 hours max. So I sat & waited. It ended up taking them almost 6 hours. Don't think I will ever come back or refer this shop to anyone else that I know. Lazy & not trust worthy.
