We used Gordy Marks as our realtor during our home search beginning in January 2021. Both Gordy and his associate, Jesse, took the time to meet with us to set expectations and listen to our “must haves”. We all knew that the search would be tough with this market. Gordy has now represented us in 5 transactions over the last 5 years. Three of the residential properties were waterfront and one additional was in a neighborhood with an HOA. The fourth property was a free standing commercial building in downtown Everett.

We've known Gordy for 25 years. He's been our buying and listing agent for homes in Bothell and Mercer Island (twice). He communicated effectively and was very responsive. Within the past 25 years, I have done numerous real estate transactions with different agents in which I had good results. He was so focused on finding us a house after moving here from Hilton Head Island in South Carolina. We discovered the perfect community. He found us the perfect house. Gordy was young,efficient, professional and very caring. He was aware of our budget and didn't try to gently persuade us into buying above our reach. When we are ready to retire and sell our house we will definitely use Gordy and his team.
