Beth helped us find that EXTREMELY hard to find parcel of land. Also she negotiated an offer that was immediately accepted and we didn't have to bid against others. She also sold our existing price getting us far more than expected. Now that I look at listings I can tell that their agent was just in it for a fast buck.
