Carter has been great to deal with over the years. In particular I’ve had a constant relationship with Jeff the sales manager who has facilitated quite a few purchases over the past and they’ve all gone great. On my last purchase, a 2022 Husqvarna TX300i, I also dealt with Noah, and Talon in F&I has been a constant too, and is always efficient, friendly and professional. Noah was very knowledgeable about the bike I was purchasing which is unusual as I go to a lot of motorcycle shops and typically the sales consultants may or may not know much about the particular bike you want or your type

Very poor customer service. Not sure if I just don't fit the "visual" of one of there normal customers but I waited and had them walk past me multiple times while I stood at the cashiers desk. When I asked if I could get help getting the parts that I had preordered the gentleman took my paperwork and just rolled his eyes shaking his head. Wouldn't recommend this place by its service even though it's one of the only places to get my parts.

The absolute WORST customer service you will receive in Las Vegas with the absolute WORST technicians who broke my engine block while changing the oil.. this place's policy will not sell you a back tire unless you buy the matching front from them.. this place should only be visited in a last resort scenario..

Jim and the crew are great deal with. They are very attuned on how the motorcycle operates.
I will be updating this posting when all of my back-ordered accessories arrive and are installed. When this happens I can pick up my motorcycle to ride it for the first time. I then can then write a comprehensive review with validity.

Ask for Drake! Absolutely straight forward to the point, make it happen salesman. Theron in finance was great as well. Loved my purchase experience, they gave me what I wanted. Walked out with a bike purchase in a couple hours. Highly recommend.

Everyone in the store worked together to make sure that we got everything on our Polaris that we wanted on it, the way we wanted it. Noah was our salesman and he was great! Everyone was great, we have bought 2 other side by sides and by far this was the best experience, from working with the sales department, the service department, and the finance department.

This place is a bait and switch. i bought a Moto 950 that was 13900, Even bought the extended warranty and service plan. They charges me over 2k in freight and assembly charges, even this was on the floor. Put 5K down, have good credit. I made sure when signing docs that it wasn't a third tier lender, and i could make principal only payments, right, i have great credit. Finally got my payment slip. Synchrony bank, what a joke. No online payment option, only mail in payments, principal payments are a completely different address in another state and take up to 3 weeks to post. Stay away, stay away

Got a recall done on my Vitpilen 701 today and I just want to give a shout out to Hugh who helped me through the process. Great guy super nice, love the text messaging, and really treat the bike as if it was his own, I mean you can't really put a price on that. And it really goes a long way to know someone in service will have your back if the thing takes a dump. Again overall great experience, keep up the great work guys. Thanks

Carter Powersports has been great to me on two occasions. On different trips across the country they helped get me in and look at my bike when I really needed their assistance. They have been courteous and very reasonable in pricing. They helped me get on the road quickly. I highly recommend them in the service department and they are truly a riders friend. Highly recommend.

They will do anything to not do warranty work or incapable of doing the work because they egregiously overwork the only KTM mechanic so he doesn't have time to properly do his job. They only have 1 KTM mechanic. For a place that is the only KTM dealer in town of 3 million+ you would think they would hire more certified mechanics.
Brought in a bike for same problem a couple times. Ended up charging me $150 and problem was never fixed. I believe it's the owners fault for not property running a business or the owners just has a f'k you mentality because they are the only one in town

Worst service ever, the only one dealer in town of Kawasaki, keep away from them, those people even can not do appointments properly, constantly forgetting what they said to customers, redirecting you to other people, who asking with whom you talked before, strongly believe that their fails somehow matter who made them in front or the customer. For customer it does not matter with whom he talked before, and customer is not obligated to know and remember all your names, customer deals with company, not with specific employee. Dropped my KTM off for a basic service. Their computers were down so they could not give me a price. I drove home, 45 minutes away and later received a call with a quote, it was over DOUBLE the price of the KTM dealership I purchased the bike from. I returned and picked up my bike....NO one stopped me as I loaded my bike, could have stolen anything in the lot and no one cared.
I did not pick up my key when they gave me the paper work. I had to call MULTIPLE times, many times the service department didn't even pick

This place was amazing. I just moved to Vegas and needed transportation to get around, yes I know a motorcycle isn't typically your go to, but I was dead set on what I wanted. They provided options and in the end I left out with the biggest smile on my face. The Sales Manager was awesome and Noah the sales agent was accommodating. Much better than the other dealerships I went to. Not to mention that it's a military veteran owned and operated which again is another perk. All my motorcycle needs will be taken care of here for sure.

I don't really feel like writing a long post for two reasons. I don't care enough about this place to put a ton of time and effort into the review and my experience at the other shops I've visited in Las Vegas have been very similar. Staff at these places don't extend the warmest welcome and they definitely don't work with you on price in relation to sales or service.
Is it because they own the market in Las Vegas? I have to say, there isn't another KTM dealership in Las Vegas that I know of. Could this be the reason? Maybe they don't have to go the extra mile

Had an issue with my cycle not starting. I dont ride much anymore so I expected a fuel problem. They came and picked bike up and proceeded to diagnose. Bad fuel pump (common on this model). All fixed. A bit spendy but kept in contact the entire time and delivered it back. Runs great now.
