My husband and I came down to buy a machine and we were greeted by Jon Diaz. He walked around with us and looked up any detail we asked about and more on any particular model we were looking at. He was very patient as my husband could not decide between two different machines and not once seemed annoyed with our lack of decision. We did eventually make a decision and purchased a machine and Jon was even there waving goodby as we walked out the door. He really did make the whole process painless and present. Thank you Jon.

My husband and I had a great experience buying from these guys. Ryan S. was incredibly helpful, friendly, knowledgable, and not an in-your-face salesman. A super nice guy just trying to help you get on a bike you’ll enjoy. Shadow, who did a walk through of the bike with us after we bought it, was amazing as well. Finance guy was chill, got us a price everyone could agree on so no complaints there. All-in-all would highly recommend this place and we plan on buying future bikes here.

The salespeople are friendly and not pushy, the parts dept and service dept is very helpful and knowledgeable, as are the people behind the counter doing the paperwork. I traveled in from out of town later in the day close to closing and everyone was very willing to help me even if it meant to stay after closing time. I will definitely be doing more business with this company. Much more professional than my local dealers.
