Great team at Colonial Family Eyecare. They have been taking care of my family for quite a while and have always had stellar service and support. My last exam was just two weeks ago and it was a thorough exam. It’s nice to have a trusted team taking care of our eyes.

Was there last night for routine eye exam with health insurance, have a copay for contact exam they charged twice the copay amount. Why sign a contact with insurance company if you aren’t going to honor it! If your that sketchy with money! Lucky insurance company is working with me. Lisa front desk lady is a witch, saying charge everyone same rate! Stay far far away from this eye doctor office!

Great experience here at colonial family eye care. The staff is so friendly & helpful. I came in exactly one week ago for a eye exam, ordered glasses, and they were ready to pick up today! Only one week! Awesome family practice!

Every time I go there, they are very professional and friendly. They also care very much for their customers, so much that when I lost my home during hurricane Ida, the amazing folks at Colonial Family Eyecare replaced my contacts and even included a gift bag with contact solution and a few other things to help during this time. Colonial Family Eyecare is THE superlative professional establishment to go for a comprehensive eye exam (Optometric), including a refraction exam to determine your prescription vision needs. They also offer an excellent choice of frames for eyeglasses. The staff is courteous, helpful, cheerful, and extremely customer service oriented. Don't even waste your time by going anywhere else. This place is THE BEST!!!

The care and attention that the people at Colonial Family Eyecare bring to my family every time we come for an appointment is extraordinary. My daughter is seven and this is her first pair of glasses, and we have come back to Colonial many times with various mishaps involving the glasses, including losing the nose pads, wanting different shaped nose pads, scratches on the glass, etc. The people who work at Colonial Family Eyecare are always so receptive and kind with my daughter.
