The Apollo 20 gauge steel, non sealer casket is included in our package pricing (this casket has no cash value). This beautiful Honey Brown Hardwood Urn is available for purchase (engraving is available for additional cost) as well as different types of urns. These beautifully detailed woven blankets (36" x 54") make an adoring memory, or even a fabulous accent to any event.

What you might not be aware of is you can choose the type of funeral service that you would like to have for yourself, as well as get the expense of your funeral (locked in at today's prices) out of the way.
The basic Military Funeral Honors (MFH) ceremony consists of the folding and presentation of the United States flag to the veterans' family and the playing of Taps. The ceremony is performed by a funeral honors detail consisting of at least two members of the Armed Forces. The Funeral Honors rendered to you or your veteran will be determined by the status of the veteran.
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) furnishes upon request, at no charge to the applicant, a Government headstone or marker for the unmarked grave of any deceased eligible veteran in any cemetery around the world, regardless of their date of death. When the grave is already marked, applicants will have the option to apply for either a traditional headstone or marker, or a new device (available spring 2009).

I would like to share my story with you all. I went online to look for someone who could help me with transferring my sister's ashes from her urn to a TSA approved travel container. Well needless to say I was scared, hurt and didn't know how to go about. But thankfully God put Billy and Lacey in my path they took care of everything for me with one call and in one day. I called them Monday I flew out Wednesday 6 am. I just arrived safely with my sister to our home in California. without a doubt they are truly a blessing to our community in Houston TX. Funeral arrangements are never easy but we had a very pleasant experience arranging my family member’s funeral services with East Haven Funeral Home. We requested an international transport to Mexico and they transported directly to the destination requested. Billy and Lacey took care of all the permits and made the entire process very easy for us. They are family-based, trust worthy, and always a call away.

I don’t even know where to begin. Lacey was one of the most patient individuals we’ve had the pleasure of meeting. She was always concise and gave opportunities to ask questions relating to my mothers service. When I saw my mother laying in her casket for the first time after having her remains flown, I was completely blown away and astounded how well she captured her image we once knew and loved in her days of life. I highly recommend East Haven Funeral Home for any and all funeral services. We know our beautiful mother is looking down from above smiling on the final farewell we gave her.

Its hard to put into words what a family goes through when a loved one passes but if you ever need a funeral home, East Haven is the best one in the Houston area. Lacey has been the best and she treats you like family and she has been there every step of the way from the time of his passing to the funeral. We have not lived in Texas all that long. We were in no way prepared for this when my wife passed unexpectedly. I read the reviews of funeral homes when I saw East Haven. The reviews are exactly what right. Lacey was very kind and walked us through everything and explained everything we needed to do, and what to expect. They provided excellent service and support to us. Lacey was also very prompt with responses to any of our questions. My family and I highly recommend East Haven should you need their services.

East Haven Funeral were so respectful and caring during these tough times. Lacey (Funeral Director) quickly responded to all of our questions, she arranged for my fathers body to be picked up from the hospital within hours of him passing. East Haven gave us options on funeral dates and made the process smooth and easy.
The Espinoza family highly recommends their services, obviously nobody ever wants to endure painful situations like this, however its part of life.

I recommend East Haven funeral home. Lacy helped my family through the entire process. I was able to grieve, while Lacy took care of my mother's paperwork from beginning to end. My mother was cremated and the catalog options for urns and memorabilia the funeral home provided were beautiful! The funeral home also gave us the option to select urns from others vendors, but our family chose one from the catalog provided by East Haven.
