A big shout out to Chris, Joe, and Steve from San Francisco Harley Davidson. I bought a new 2021 Road Glide Special at the end of November 2021.
Chris, Joe, and Steve were professional and extremely helpful. There was no BS when negotiating the OTD price with Chris and he was up front from the start about what he could realistically do. The bike I agreed to buy did not have the reflex defensive rider system and it had to be delivered to the SF dealership a couple of days later.
When I went to pick up the bike a few days later, I found out that the bike that was delivered for me had the reflex

I am brand new to the world of motorcycles and have always had a dream to own my very own Harley. I actually went straight to this dealership after getting my license and had an awesome experience. Big shout out to Joe, Chris, Steve and Jay. Everyone was really helpful and the atmosphere was great. Walked out with a great deal and my dream bike and I am loving every second of it!

5 stars. Service department. Speaking as a women who always had a problem in Harley Service centers (except Oakland which is great too) this place is the place to go locally! I was comfortable there, they are honest and did a great job on my bike. They took longer to do than was anticipated but stuck to the estimate they gave me, which they didn't have to do. Jay is the person that I spoke to most of the time - he was my first contact and after I spoke to him about what I wanted I was happy and knew things would work out there. Gilbert was great and John worked on my bike. I am very satisfied

I really want to give a special shout out and sincerely thank Cassie for all her time and help. She is absolutely amazing, you guys are very fortunate to have her working there. I live in North Carolina and have a family member visiting San Francisco, called Cassie and she took the time to text me several pictures of their inventory and is taking the time to make sure the stuff I purchased will be secure in flight. This is a big THANK YOU to San Francisco Harley-Davidson. I was a long time customer of Dudley Perkins followed by San Francisco Harley. Just before the pandemic hit I got a new CVO Street Glide from SF Harley and last month I finally hooked up the included headset to my helmet. Try as I may I could not figure it out.
Today I went there asking for help and Chris took time out of his busy day to help me get it configured, and show me the cool features of the BOOM audio system. I learned some cool things about my audio system and the new headset with voice command, etc. is totally cool.

Glad I brought my bike here . Chis kept me updated on the whole process with my bike and always had time to answer my questions . The repairs are definitely top notch and done right. My only complaint is not with the dealership but with Harley shipping parts which the dealership has no control over which is why I give them 5 stars .

I've been to the Harley website and live Sons of Anarchy. I'd love to get a bike. This is a great place to check our options and start to learn the culture that makes up the tribe of guys who seek freedom.
I'm really impressed. I'm a pretty average guy who has always dreamed of getting a beautiful bike. Maybe that's just a dream. But, these bikes are just perfect.
Won't claim to be an expert, but I've been thoroughly impressed during my two visits. Great Bike Fitters.

Love love the energy & environment here. when we first walked in the crew was really welcoming & helpful. First shout out to Joe who has a bright smile & is really knowledgeable. Anthony the "GM" that helped with the ease of making our decision & purchase. Steven who gave us great stories. & lastly Criss in service! He was funny & accommodating. We just had our 1000 mile service completed & forgot to mention we wanted synthetic oil & he made it easy peasy. . Got the job done! My 1k service was just completed on my 2020 Row Glide Special & I couldn't be more satisfied as Chris Weber was thorough & efficient. Also, he provided a great follow-up when I arrived to pick-up my bike. Let me not forget to give attention to Gilbert & Chris for their amazing customer service.

They don't answer their telephone. After checking on Yelp, their website & the map app that came with iPhone for the telephone number, it was all the same & couldn't find out if they had a part in stock or not. I went to Oakland Harley Davidson instead. Oakland's parts guy was very informative, answered the phone & in person was really really helpful. Got what I needed and it was in stock.

Mission Moto Harley Davidson is an extension of the bigger location of SF HD.
S/O rented a bike from Eagle Riders this past weekend and we were pleasantly surprised that the back building is shared with HD.
There's probably only 12 new HD's for sale and maybe 4-5 used bikes. The walls are covered with cute Harley apparel. It's definitely a place to walk-in take a look and go ooooh ahhhhh's at all the neat stuff.
Staff is friendly. They're not aggressive and are pretty much there for conversation lol. S/O and I were able to sit on bikes without getting hassled.
