Sent my vehicle to be repaired spent almost 4k and same week vehicle wouldn't start they put my new battery on someone else vehicle they did replace after I complained about it. Vehicle is leaking transmission fluid mechanic knew about but did not fix mechanical knew something was draining my battery and didn't fix felt like a waste of time and money 1st choice should be last choice

Worst tow truck company ive ever seen. Was told one thing by the owner another by his office lady and then told by the owner that he had messed up but wouldnt fix the problem and was rude when i asked how he could run a business like he was. Use fullers towing if in terrell and need a tow way better customer service. Tow truck driver is super nice. No hassle.

Husband was one of three who hit a cow on highway 34, they all were transported to the hospital and several wreckers were called by the police to tow the cars and the one who towed my car charged me extra for being inconvenienced because they had to wait for the police to finish their investigation I also was charged per mile they towed my car, I complained but was told by the wrecker complaint department what was done was not illegal but unethical, I was charged $472. ($40 per 15 minutes they had to wait and $32 per mile towed on top of towing fee).
