Awesome people. Rick was amazing and able to get my car in and fixed fairly quickly.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. In fact, there was barely any. Rudest owner I've ever met. I went to them in hopes to have them take a look at my car, which had a dent. I pull up to a pretty rough-looking establishment, where a man was looking over a Jeep by the front door. I slowly walk up to the front, and stand awkwardly by the door, waiting for him to finish. Not even a "hello", or an "I'll be with you in a moment". When he was just standing there, I ask if he works there (it sure didn't seem so). He barely looks up, grumbles "yes"

These folks bring me back to a better time when customer service was more important. It was a great experience.

I have been using Rite Co for years, but I will not be back because when I picked up my car this time there were black marks on the painted side of the vehicle, so I asked if they were missed areas that were not painted. The owner explained that it was grease, so he would have the car washed and give it back to me tomorrow. I said if it just grease, I can wash it, but he insisted. I picked up the next day, and the bearded buffoon that took my car to get wash refused to hand my keys. Instead he turned at put them on the desk, next to us. From the beginning of speaking with this office I fell in love!! Rick had my car in and out from a forklift running into my front bumper!! He did a wonderful job I would recommend this office, the receptionist is Wonderful very pleasant the both of them. Thank you so much for service.

I knocked my mirror off backing into the garage. I ordered a new one online. Dropped it off on a Friday afternoon to have it painted. They promised that it would be ready in a few days. They had it finished and ready for pickup Monday, a day early. Quality work and a reasonable/fair price for a small project. I will be using them for any future auto body paint or collision needs!

I always try to do business with local business owners instead of national chains. Rick Bentley was able to beat 4 other estimates and I personally found him to be honest, knowledgable, and very easy to deal with!

I had my son’s car repaired by Rite-Co Center. It was minor damage but they didn’t hesitate to help me out. Repaired the next day at very little cost. Very courteous and prompt. I would certainly do business with them again.

I put my recently deceased husbands van in rite co. My husband had took it by there and talked with the owner. I put it in for repairs and On a Friday the van was ready. I went to pick up the van but was delayed until Monday morning due to a small glitch with paperwork.I picked up the van Monday late morning , after leaving I noticed the door locks were messed up, they make a loud buzzer noise when you push any unlock button or pull door handle. I also noticed a lot of hail damage . The owners didn't make me aware of it. I noticed right away when I got home , I called , the owners daughter
