DO NOT do business with this agent or office
I wrote a renters policy with State Farm, and then ended up purchasing a home a few months later, so I called State Farm corporate for a refund on my renter's policy on 4/14/20, they said they would issue it within 2-3 days later, it's now May 6th (3 weeks later), and they still haven't issued my refund.
Their attitude is terrible and condescending
They take your money in a nano-second, but when it comes time for a refund, they WILL NOT refund your money
I have also reported them to the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation, and waiting

I found myself without Home Owners Insurance due to the company going under. My agent was suppose to try and get me coverage but we weren't getting updates. I was sitting in the office of a co-worker who was calling Cari's office to make changes or something to his policy. I immediately got him to give me the phone and the rest was history. I got coverage on my house and I moved my two cars over from my other insurance company, which I tried for two weeks to get coverage, to Cari Fallen's Agency. Cari and Karen removed the frustration, was on top of everything and I'm so glad I was listening to

State Farm is a solid company and the Cari Fallen office and staff are second to none. They have been providing auto insurance for us for years, but I recently purchased a Tesla Model 3 and they also (via State Farm Bank) provided the financing! The insurance on my new Tesla was only about $20 more than what I was paying for my Nissan Leaf.
The financing is very flexible. I can pay ahead at any level I desire. I can pay off the loan any time I desire. Come in and see Nancy. She will set you up with a great car loan and insurance to boot.

Everyone at this agency is fantastic and if I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. I had terrible experiences with two previous insurance agencies on the most basic requests, and Cari's team has handled every request quickly and without errors.
