MTENet is the only computer place I will take my computer to as long as I live within 50 miles. My computer which I use for school and business crashed on me earlier this week because of a virus. I contacted a few repair companies from yelp. Not only did Mike at MTE get back to me promptly but he also gave me the best price quote and stood by it. I brought my computer to him in the morning before class and by the time I got out of class he had it repaired, had saved all my data and fixed any defective programs. MTENet goes above and beyond for their clients! My laptop got corrupted somehow and I was unable to use my windows start menu and settings. I really thought that i was going to have to buy a brand new computer, but Mike and Kevin saved the day! After I dropped my laptop off, Mike gave me regular updates on what was going on, and even came in on a Saturday to make sure my computer was up and running and I got it back as soon as possible! Can't say enough great things about MTENet. Mike and his staff extremely knowledgeable, proficient, and professional. They're always there when I need them. They have never failed to resolve an issue. They are always on time and make the most of their time while in my office. Doing without MTENet would be like doing with antivirus software... not smart.

What do you look for in a great IT company? For me it is short response time. We can't afford to wait for someone to "get back" to us. With MTENet I can count on them to not only respond quickly but resolve issues promptly. They treat me like I am their only customer, always explaining things well and not making it complicated.
