MetroWest YMCA Installs 144 kW Solar PV System through Partnership with Solect Energy and PowerOptions. Utility costs are an expense that is constantly fluctuating. Working with Solect, we were able to reduce operating costs without having to pay the upfront costs of installation.

Solect has established itself as a leader in commercial solar projects in Massachusetts, and was able to prove to us on paper that solar was a viable financial option for Consigli. They truly understood what we needed, and why. Solect leverages extensive expertise to design and install the most cost-effective solar energy system for your organization.
Solect delivers smart solar energy solutions, services, and strategies for all types of organizations and individuals - from cities, towns, school districts, and non-profits to real estate companies, landowners, business owners, and Fortune 1000 corporations. We'll work closely with you to reduce your energy costs, meet your business goals, and optimize your solar investment over time.
Solect focuses on the smart, practical application of solar energy solutions based on your needs as well as specific state and national regulations and incentives. The complex and ever-shifting policy landscape requires constant and in-depth attention.

We maintain comprehensive knowledge of existing policies and upcoming changes, so that our experts can help businesses, municipalities, educational institutions, and nonprofit organizations reap the optimal financial benefits of solar power.Federal and state incentive programs make investing in solar a sound business decision.
Different clients require different solar purchasing options. Solect examines the potential variables for your project - ownership structure, federal and state tax appetite, current electricity prices, cost of capital, total system costs, system life, and more - and will work with you to find the most appropriate financing solution.
A Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) is a way to finance a solar project in which a third-party investor builds, owns and maintains the solar system on your property and then sells you the electricity generated at a reduced rate from your current electric utility bill. The rates offered by Solect are fixed (no escalators) for an extended period - typically 20 to 25 years.

I called them on Tuesday for quote on a Solar install. The nice lady promised me an email by the end of the day, and a phone call back on Wednesday. Now its Thursday and some sales guy calls me from another company saying they referred me to them or such.
The basics for doing business is not make promises you aren't going to keep, and to follow through. They seem to have not learned the basics of business yet.
