What a joke and a complete waste of time!!! I didn't actually get to meet the person running the office but I did hear him screaming at my friend who rented the room. $50 dollars for a pet fee for one night is outrageous . Not to mention that the room was tiny and cold and the remote control for the TV didn't work which is why my friend called the office to begin with. Oh and I forgot to mention that there was no phone in the room. She had to use her phone to call. He had literally just turned off the open sign when she called for new batteries for the remote. He instead came to the room and screamed

Extremely nice rooms. Remodeled and updated! I have stayed in 3 different locations one my 3 trips north from Portland, Oregon and this by far is the best place to stay. The staff was friendly, informative, and very helpful! I would recommend this place hands down to anyone. I will return in the spring to conduct more business and plan on staying here! Great job overall

Very cute, recently updated rooms. I've stayed several times this summer and the staff is always very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are always clean and mattresses are comfortable. Chewelah is a great destination and the motel is within a block or two of many fun restaurants and shops. This is a hidden gem.

Cute old fashioned motel. They were incredibly accommodating. Even cleaning a room to have early because I'd barely slept the night before driving up. I will definately stay there again when in the area.
They also put up with me changing my mind every morning and deciding to stay one more night several times despite being almost completely booked.
Pros. The managers are amazing. The beds are comfy. Plenty of pillows. The rooms are clean.
Cons. Bring your own water for coffee. Occasionally in the morning the water was cloudy. Not thier fault. City water in the area. If you use the fridge check
