I called them when my ps4 was not turning on and just flashing blue both the guys I spoke were great at answering my questions and concerns. Ian was great and came to pick up my console the same day I spoke to him. while they had my system they updated after they diagnosed it n the fix for the issue within a week I got my console back good as new. I would use them again deffinately

These guys are on point. They will come to your house and get your equipment. They will follow up with you throughout the process and let you know what is going on. And when it is all done they bring it right back to you. Me and my wife both got our computers serviced by these guys and they are awesome.
