Came here to get a drive cloned and swapped out with a new one. They were upfront with the price and there were no surprises. I interacted with at least four people here and all of them were polite and knowledgeable.
Not to mention their prices beat places like GeekSquad hand over fist.

I called the store and they gave me the information I needed to know. They didn't beat around the bush and say, " you have to come in the store to find out." They fixed my problem within a reasonable amount of time. Not a whole week like another company quoted for the same problem. Very reliable and will be my go to store if anything happens in the future to my technology.

They not only exceeded my expectations, they fixed my Surface tablet much faster than I expected. They overnight parts for repair, will work with you on the price if reasonable, and their customer service is actually helpful. Every step of the way I knew what was going on and had no worries about when I was getting my tablet back, how much was going to cost, or anything else. This is easily the best phone repair shop in town. After getting charged over 100 dollars for a simple screen replacement from UBreakiFix and then them damaging my phone rendering it useless, I came here and they fixed the problem and charged me for less than half of what I paid at UbreakiFix. Fast service as well. Very honest and kind people, told me that there was missing plates and screws from the previous repair shop's damage and originally thought it was a motherboard issue. All my data is saved and my phone is fully functional thanks to this place. Couldn't be happier with the service.

My desktop computer died and it was beyond repair. They diagnose the problem for free so that was helpful. I also dropped my laptop and they fixed it at a reasonable price. I picked it up and the sound didn't work and they fixed that for free. They also have awesome customer service. I'm just sad that I didn't go to them before.

Despite a mix up on the order of my keypad and the subsequent back order on the correct part, I am still going to give it five stars. The team was very professional and kept in touch with me and kept me updated. Problems happen, I get it. It is Kyle that business response to that problem or mistake that defines them. The competition is tough when it comes to restoring electronic devices to their original state and/or performance. Places like "I fix your i", "U break I fix", "I fix Gooood!" and "FixStop" offer the same service at relatively the same price and try to catch you with their names. I personally distrust the robotic tone of these biz names, then again, what is best than a robot to perform a repetitive simple task? How about a big sign, the biggest sign available? Nope, these places even use the same typeface and black/white signs. It's like all these "

I initially had a pretty unpleasant experience here. I thought it was all handled pretty poorly. I paid and left pretty unhappy and wrote a long review outlining everything.
I have to give credit to the owner, Ibrahim (hope I'm spelling that correctly). He reached out to me personally to explain everything and offered his apologies for what happened and I think really did empathize with my frustrations. I don't think it necessary to go into the details of everything that happened, just to say it was a pretty poor interaction with some of the employees that left me feeling manipulated

I sent my iPad in for repair twice and they sent it back each time saying it was fixed but it is still broken. I've sent them videos of it not working. And I have now contacted them in response to my order multiple times over the past few weeks and they will not respond nor honor my request for a full refund which they're website states a 100% guaranteed refund if they don't fix it. So they basically stole my money after also wasting my time. I stopped into this little spot near my parents house at the advice of my sister (I guess cracking screens is genetic) and was completely impressed. The worker was super nice and thorough when explaining services and costs. You can tell they really want to help people out and not gouge you for money. He also assumed my broken camera was due to faulty software and not my absolute bad luck in dropping the phone at just the right angle to shatter both the front and the back.

About a week ago, after a streak of never having my phone's screen shattered, my phone fell on it's screen and it completely shattered. I immediately called Fixstop since it's within a mile of my home. Getting a quote took about a minute or less. I was told screen repair would take about 15-30mins.
I arrived, immediately was seen and left my phone. After 45 mins, my phone was ready and looking brand new. I have an Iphone 8plus and the screen replacement cost about $95 (with taxes) for a standard screen. The additional 15 mins were no problem for me.

This fixstop was amazing. My phone had a terrible fall two days before I was going out of the country, and since it is an older phone no one had the necessary parts to fix it. It ended up only being the screen that needed to be repaired but it was assessed & fixed within a couple hours. Saving me the huge headache of figuring out if I needed a new phone or if mine was salvageable before traveling. Their associates were so nice to me and really took their time to answer my Qs. This repair shop is great!!! I dropped my iPhone XS Max at my friends house and cracked the back of my iPhone. Apple said the back is not repairable (replacement cost $599) and other shops like UBreakiFix asked for like $350 for the repair! I was referred to FixStop by T-Mobile at Waterford and it worked out great! FixStop repaired my iPhone XS Max for only $130. And they didn't even touch the software so I didn't have to restore it to factory settings. My phone feels brand new again! Thanks FixStop!

The staff at the alafaya location were very accommodating to my situation with a previous location about a warranty. They were extremely friendly and even upgraded my LCD because of my troubles. They even cleaned my phone at no extra charge and were powering my phone on the charger when I came in to pick it up. Very good customer service with and they are willing to work with you.

I have been here twice. My first time here was a pleasant experience, the guy who helped me was nice and the service is quick. My really bad experience was yesterday when I stopped by to get my screen fixed because it cracked.
The guy that helped me said that because this was my second time here he would only charge me $99 plus tax. I agreed to it and went back half an hour later to fix my phone. He told me that the price was $117 which confused me because $17 in taxes is kind of absurd, but I didn't say anything because I was in a rush with my two kids and we needed to go home for dinner
