They presented themselves as a pilar of mental healthcare when selling themselves to the area. I have now tried to refer three elderly in need of help to here. I kid you not, the response I got all three times was "Not interested" and hung up on. Literally hung up on, no conversation whatsoever! It looks obvious this is strategic behavioral health trying to rebrand themselves. Perhaps you should have started by not lying to the community.

My daughter was released from there recently. I’m so glad we didn’t listen to the reviews. She loved it. But then again she was open and ready for the help. That makes a world of difference. She loved nurse Jamie and so did I she was there 7 days and the nurses called every day to give me an update. Also meds get approved they do not give ppl meds without letting parents know. She loved groups and they really got her to open up. She’s now eating and all around a different kid. She has a long way to go but they definitely have her a great outlook on her future. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!! We both

They give you pills your doctors can't prescribe you because they are BLACKLISTED and aren't MEANT to even be used (learned the hard way when I went to my psychiatrist about it because I felt worse leaving than I did coming in.) They mess you up more than help you. Not to mention because of their extensive amount of flaws that you can see in other reviews, it also puts you through withdrawal. They're abusing their power and messing up the lives of several people. I wait for the day this place is shut down for good, maybe someone should start a petition– it wouldn't be hard.

The techs are very caring and nice. I had a great group I'll give the one star for that. I was almost given the wrong medication twice. Nurse Lori had no clue who I was when given my meds or even talking about medication. I had to ask her twice "do you know who your talking too? Then she ask my name and said "oh my bad " I told her that's dangerous she then says "sorry you look like someone else here"... thats not very professional and made my anxiety worse. Then when told I'd leave Monday I was then put on a do not see from the doctor list 2 days in a row I had to have a tech get on it and change

The staff were nice, the food hit or miss. But the discharge terrible, they never called in my medications! I don't even know how to proceed from here. How do you forget to send the medications to the pharmacy??? My suv key was missing from my belongings when I left as well.. Incompetence that's what it boils down to. Very disappointing.

All I gotta say is when thinking about sending your family member here, look elsewhere. The 1 star reviews are legit and not just mad patients. The place isn’t good and other doctors who know of this place have told me as well to stay clear of this place.

I had a very bad experience this last time I went inpatient. I’ve been here a number of times in the past couple of years and it’s really went down hill. Food is great and so are cig breaks. However, this time - the staff was very uncaring and uninvolved. In the assessment room I was self harming myself, hallucinating real bad and screaming at the top of my lungs (while I was left alone) It wasn’t until one of the staff I knew came down to give me a cig I calmed down and she told me that wasn’t right that staff up at the front desk area didn’t do anything or even come check on me.
