Honest with outstanding customer service.
Had auto issues with my car while on a little vacation.
I ended up blowing the engine and needed to get the car transported back home.
Chris was cool enough to keep my car till the transport service picked it up.
If you ever have car issues wile I'm Vegas, you can trust this shop for timely communication and honest service.

Sonny's came through for me for the second time this year. My truck, with camper in the bed and weighing probably 11,500 lbs, needed a new front end part, an alignment, and a new transmission coolant line. Many shops cant handle this weight on their lifts, or do not have adequate ceiling height to accommodate this size truck They took my vehicle on schedule, repaired everything agreed to for a reasonable cost and parked it in my storage spot at a neighboring business. Chris is a champ here. I highly recommend him and this business.

Went in, highly recommended by a relative, as soon as they opened with no appointment. Chris looked at my car and fixed the problem right then and there. Had no idea how much he would charge and was expecting to pay more than I wanted but to my surprise he charged me way less than I thought was fair for his time and knowledge. The shop's office was super cute and clean. I was very impressed! Highly recommend!

The owner quoted me to fix my transmission, when I compared the other invoice from the dealership 3 weeks prior and almost less than a mile from their shop
Sonny's Auto repair were $800 -$1200 higher than the dealership with longer factory warranty provided by the dealership brand.
I was charged $125 hourly labor rate, and wasted 7 hours of my day, and they told me that the parts were 1-4 weeks out, means not available at the same day.
They are not transmission certified technicians I have faith that they can do the job also I provided the check engine light code to them days prior to my appointment

So happy we found Sonny's Autor Repair. Not only was the total repair less than what the dealer would have charged me for the parts, but the final price was EXACTLY what I was quoted. They had my car in and out in a day and there was no doom and gloom sheet of how if I didn't repair the Fetzer Valve with some 30 weight ball bearings that my car would spontaneously combust and all for the low low price of my firts born child and a kidney. I will definitely be taking both of our cars to Sonny's from now as well as confidently recommending them to anyone who needs an excellent, professional

All I can say is WOW!
Took my car to Sonny's on a Saturday morning without an appointment. My brakes had started to make a gnarly sound the night before and I needed to drive back to California that night. I searched on Yelp and many auto shops are closed or appointment only on Saturdays.
I got to the shop right when they open at 8am. Carla greeted me and at first wasn't sure if they could squeeze me in, but Conor (I think that's his name, sorry if I got it wrong) was able to since it was a minor brake issue.
I left the shop since they told me it would be a couple hours. About

I chose this repair shop because it is close to my house and has amazing Google reviews. Those reviews are justified.
My 2011 Toyota Camry was leaking oil. Sonny's diagnosed a leaking gasket, which required the removal of the engine and transmission to fix. They did the whole job for $2000 (it costs $3500 at the dealership) and everything went smoothly and on schedule.
While the car was taken apart, they replaced some worn parts for just the cost of parts, since they were removed anyway.

I'm not in the habit of leaving two excellent reviews, but no choice here.
Apologies if this seems long, but these folks are worth it. I brought them a 2005 Dodge Ram that had a blown head gasket that we very obviously tried to repair with pouring product in the radiator. Without judgement, and with extra cleaning steps, Chris and crew repaired the truck at a very fair price and that repair has lasted.
I told that story to tell this story- because if that hadn't held, I wouldn't have come back or entrusted my Mustang to their care.

They took the time to explain what was and what wasn't and that means everything to me and on top of that the waiting room comfortable and clean. I could sit in the sofa chair for hours. I had a semi major repair and something I couldn't do on my own. I looked around for competing estimates and came upon sonny's auto repair. They were very quick to respond with an estimate and reasonable compared to other local shops.
Free inspection to make sure I needed the repair. Unlike other shops they actual gave me an estimate of the repair I inquired about. Other shops either didn't or gave me a vague excuse on the prices vary. I gave them an exact repair the dealership found it needed and Sonny's came back with

Highly recommended, especially if you have a foreign car!
I had a hard time finding a place that could change my battery on my Mercedes. Sonny's was recommended to me through a friend and I'm so glad, I now have a reliable, trustworthy place as my new 'go to' that is thankfully not my overpriced Mercedes dealership!
Chris (the owner) and staff are extremely knowledgeable on foreign cars and helped me in no time. Also they were able to program the AG battery (which was hard to find a place that can correctly do this), so my car is working like a gem.

I brought my car in a few years ago for brakes. I'm no car guru but I know a thing or two about cars, just don't have the time, tools or patience to do most things.
When I brought it in, tight off the bat I could tell these guys were gonna be my new Mechanics as I was new to the area. They gave me a quote with and without rotors.
When it came time to make a decision, they told me it was smarted to replace the rotors. They explained they could turn the rotors and use the same ones that were on there, but more then likely they would warp causing issues down the road, and possibly ruining

After meeting Chris and his crew, I can see why they earn such high marks.
We encountered some unforeseen difficulties during my repair, Chris explained everything in perfect detail, then went above and beyond to make sure I was happy.

I interacted with the staff there and I felt like I was one of the Sonnys Auto Repair Services employee's friend, someone they would look after and help through my time of need with empathy.
It was my first time there but I saw that they cared about me...

Being not a resident of Las Vegas I had to depend on what was said and shared by previous customers regarding auto services done by Sonny's. I needed to have Dad's 2006 Acura TL engine oil changed so I called Chris (owner) at 9am and by 9:30 I was in and was out 35mins later. Not only that I've saved at least 3.5hrs by not going to the dealership, my bill was also way less than expected even requested a Full Synthetic on top of that.
