Our main computer at our shop had a hard drive failure. Mike replaced the hard drive at a great price with very quick service. While our main computer was in the shop being repaired we had another workstation hard drive starting to fail. Mike took care of that computer quickly and efficiently as well. Someone had referred me to Mike when I was searching for a repair shop initially and when I went online and saw the great reviews his company has the decision was made! We have 4 computers at work and I will definitely return for any other repairs we may need in the future! Thanks for the Great Service

I tried to fix my own screen on my iPhone......ended up with a lit of screws and pieces into a Tupperware. So I took my phone and parts in next day. They were able to assemble it and get it all working again and for only 20$. I was very happy with my service and next time will likely go there rather than try it myself.

Mike built exactly what I wanted and I highly recommend Tech Smart to everyone that want’s a superior computer for less $$. Excellent quality, service, and communication. Awesome experience!

This place is awesome !!! I recommend it to anybody needing their phone fixed. My iphone 6s plus was severely cracked and the battery was draining too fast. They fixed both for $98 way cheaper then this other place in Savannah quoted me !!! Definitely will go back

Update: Returned for major service after more than 2 years, he worked on the same computer laptop and service and work was once again top notch! This guy rocks. If you live anywhere near his business this is the only one you should trust with your computer repair. He will tell it like it is, no BS. Great and friendly service. I highly recommend, continues with 5/5 stars from me....

So glad I chose Tech Smart to fix my MacBook Air. I left it at the shop and an hour later received a call saying what was wrong and how much it would cost. They were more than reasonable with their charges and I had my. Computer back that afternoon.

I cannot say enough great things about this business. The owner and employees are great and super helpful, plus, they do quality phone repair in under an hour. We went in to get my iPhone 6 screen replaced & they informed me that they didn't have the parts, but will order them immediately. They made me a ticket & checked me in, to make sure I get taken care of promptly when the parts come. A few days later, I dropped off my phone, and within a hour, it was fixed and looked brand new. I was in & out! Great local business & great customer service. I will definitely be coming

We lived in Richmond Hill for 3 years and know Mike personally and professionally. While we were there he helped on numerous occasions. He is always pleasant and helpful. After moving with the military to a small town we had trouble getting a fair estimate for damage done to two laptops. We opted to send the laptops to Mike at TechSmart. Mike's estimate and professionalism allowed us to finally get a fair offer from the moving company. He is our go to guy regardless of where we live!
