I called B-Dry because I thought we needed to install a French Drain to improve drainage around our house. Kim came out and assessed the situation and made suggestions to improve the drainage without the unneeded expense of an underground drain. I really appreciated his objectivity and knowledge. These folks installed our B-Dry system back in 2003. It's some of the best money we've spent on our house, as the basement has been dry ever since. After almost 14 years, the sump pump (rated life expectancy around 5 years) began to act up. They came out the same day, replaced the pump, and even included a stamped, self-addressed envelope with the bill, something I haven't seen in *years*. Highly recommended.

We had flooding in our basement for years. We had a competitor give us a quote of $9000 (they wanted to do a French drain around the entire perimeter of our Basement.) We had B-Dry come out and give us a quote and the salesman was positive it was only coming from one small area. I even pointed out another area that I thought water was coming in,… but he was not convinced (and he turned out to be right! So honest!) He ended up quoting is $1200 for the one area that they were able to route to our sump pump and our basement has been DRY ever since!!!! It was done almost a year ago now and we
