Services
You will receive a detailed and descriptive report that will explain any deficiencies in the house. Photographs will point out exactly where these issues are, and if these are a safety issue. At the end of the inspection, you will have the chance to meet with the inspector on-site, and/or contact the home inspector afterwards to discuss any part of the report.
Steve did such a great job inspecting our soon to be home! He was available right away, he did such a thorough job of inspecting the house top to bottom, inside and out! He emailed us right away a really easy to read inspection report with pictures to explain each thing, and highlighted areas of concern.
A home inspection is based on the size of the home, age, and if there are detached garages or additional structures on the property. Additional fees are charged for inspections performed on weekends and holidays. A single family home with an attached garage that is between 1000 and 2000 square feet will typically cost around $475.

Wow, Stephen brings a new whole standard of excellence to Home Inspections. His knowledgable and thorough. His final reports are superb and do an excellent job describing potential repairs clearly, in layman's terms.
I know he is accustomed to inspecting multi-million dollar homes around the lake as one of Tahoe's Premier inspectors; however, he gave my more moderate house the same level of care and attention. A+ for Stephen! Thank you!!!

I found Steve from his reviews here and he did not disappoint. Steve rearranged some of his other appointments on short notice so that he could inspect a property that I was in contract to buy, before the contingency date. He generated a very thorough report, same day, and found some potentially catastrophic issues that everyone else missed. Fortunately, the fixes were straightforward, and Steve provided a number of references to local handymen and contractors who could do the work.
