The law firm of Mazow | McCullough, PC was formed in 2003 when two experienced personal injury lawyers and life-long Massachusetts residents, Mr. Robert E. Mazow and Mr. Kevin J. McCullough, joined forces to create a personal injury law firm dedicated to helping injured persons in Massachusetts achieve fair and just compensation for the injuries they have sustained and the emotional, physical and financial hardship caused by those injuries.
Before starting Mazow | McCullough, PC, Mr. Mazow was an Assistant District Attorney and Prosecutor in Essex County. He prosecuted well over 100 jury trials to verdict and gained invaluable experience arguing difficult cases before juries and judges. After the DA's office, he worked for Peabody & Arnold, LLP, in Boston, where he represented insurance companies and defended corporations.
Robert J. Hartigan is a passionate young lawyer who aggressively advocates for his clients and gives each case his utmost attention. He makes client communication a top priority in each case, continually keeping clients informed throughout the legal process. Mr. Hartigan attended Suffolk University Law School in Boston where he focused on civil litigation.
Facts: The client was struck by the driver's side mirror of a car and suffered a shoulder injury. The driver fled the scene but was located by the police. The case settled for the full available insurance limits of $100,000.00. Settlement: $140,000 for fractured clavicle and pelvis FACTS: The Plaintiff suffered a fractured clavicle and fractured pelvis when the driver of a motor vehicle attempted an improper U-turn without looking.
I contacted the firm late in the timeline of events as time was running out on a statute of limitations. They responded in an expedient manner and took care of the issue at hand.
