Attorney Thomas has been a civil litigation attorney for nearly 20 years. Beginning her career as a judicial law clerk in the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas, she honed her skills in legal research and writing, and worked closely with the judges in overseeing jury selection, ruling on motions, and drafting judicial opinions.
Attorney Wickenheiser is a seasoned trial attorney representing catastrophically injured victims and their families in cases involving medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, wrongful death, pharmaceutical liability, and product liability for over 13 years.

Attorney Wickenheiser spent her early years representing claimants applying for Social Security Disability and Workers' Compensation, as well as those injured from a product failure, motor vehicle accident, dog bite, and slip and fall.Attorney Wickenheiser was also a managing attorney and junior partner at her first law firm where she oversaw two associate attorneys and seven supporting staff/paralegals.
Attorney Frangie is a Partner in the Western Massachusetts/Berkshire office of Thomas & Wickenheiser. He has over 20 years of trial and civil litigation experience. Attorney Frangie began his legal career at a boutique employment law firm in Connecticut representing employee plaintiffs in various judicial and administrative forums involving the ADA, FMLA, ADEA, OWBPA, and Title VII.
Ian N. McCallister joined Thomas & Wickenheiser in February of 2020 as a trial attorney bringing with him 25 years of experience representing the injured party in mass tort, aviation, medical malpractice, wrongful death, products liability, and motor vehicle accident claims.

A 1996 honors graduate of Suffolk University Law School, Attorney McCallister was a staff member of the Suffolk Transnational Law Review, one of the oldest international law journals in the country.He is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
