Spring Mill Fed Credit Union
D. M. Bare Paper Co. Federal Credit Union was established and chartered in 1954 by the Late Vance D. Myers along with six other credit union charter members, three of which are still living, to aid the employees of the D. M. Bare Paper Co. now known as Appleton Papers, Inc.

Since that time, the Credit Union has grown to over 4,000 members from Appleton Papers employees, their relatives and from our other 71 Select Employee Groups and Organizations.In October of 1966, the name was changed to Bare Mill Employees FCU and was changed again in November of 1978 to Spring Mill Employees FCU.

Did you know, MCFFCU offers e-statements to our members? E-statements allow you to receive your monthly bank statements and monthly VISA credit card statement electronically through Flexteller. Flexteller is our online banking system. Become a part of the "green" movement and go paperless with your monthly statement.
Your Visa travel card offers all the protection and security features you've come to expect from Visa. There will be a one time $5.00 fee for the card. After the card is first activated at the credit union, you are able to replenish funds to the card from your home computer. This service allows our members to check their balances, account history, and perform certain transactions via the internet. All you need to get started with e-statements is to come to the credit union, sign up for FLexteller (if you are not already signed up), and read and sign our disclosure for e-statements.
The Credit Union will deposit $5.00 into the students savings account for each A up to 5 A's per marking period provided a parent or relative will match the deposit. The parent or relative must be a member of MC1FCU. The credit union will contribute for A's that are received in the following course subjects: math, reading, writing, history, English, sciences, computer sciences, and spelling.
Credit Life Insurance is designed to help reduce or pay your eligible loan balance, up to the policy maximum, should an unexpected life event occur. Credit Disability Insurance may help make your loan payment, up to the policy maximum, if you become totally disabled due to a covered injury or illness.
