Working with this company was not a good decision. When I needed them to come back because my sprinkler heads were not well aligned, they took a very long time to return my messages and to schedule an appointment. Shortly after, when I called them because my controller had stopped working, they never came. Several weeks after, when it was time to winterize, they gave me a date after several phone calls, had me pay in advance, and when they finally came, they told me they couldn’t winterize because the controller wasn’t working and they didn’t have time to spend on it. Mel went out of his way to help me get my irrigation system winterized today. He traveled well beyond his service area to help me out as a favor to a mutual friend.
That’s not the only way he “went the extra mile” today. I know far more about my sprinkler system now and what I need to have done to service it in the spring. The cool thing is I know he isn't just trying to sell me something since he won’t be doing that work. He was sharing his expertise with me and acting as a trusted advisor.
I have a high level of confidence that this company is one that genuinely cares for customers
