Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness
If I could leave zero stars I would. I never leave negative reviews but in this case I am fed up. Maybe after seeing this review someone will take my case seriously and call me back!!! This is the poorest excuse for client care I have ever experienced!!

You get a 1 start for the the first person on the phone you kept repeating we don't do probate and avoid probate... but its literally the second service you list on your website. align your business model with your practice. better yet... it isn't what i am even asking. Skip over Glastonbury, nothing to important here.

Comfortable Yet Professional
From the moment we stepped into your office, there was an air of professionalism that continued throughout our estate planning process. However, we were never made to feel incompetent in our knowledge of trusts. All our questions were gladly answered. The procedure was as painless as possible.

At the age of 81, I am glad to have done my living trust. The NHA experience was very enlightening, very educational, very complete and concise. Have given me peace of mind and the ability to live the rest of my life happily. Angelo L. was very attentive, articulate, and very accommodating to my questions. Everybody should have a living trust.

Exceptional Client Service
The seminar was an eye - opener in realizing the importance of an estate plan.
It gave us the opportunity and guidance to make decisions that were incomplete.
This was done in a professional, friendly and knowledgeable way. We feel relieved to finally have these plans and decisions in place.

My final gift... Knowledgeable, helpful & highly recommended!
Attorney Horowitz gave a very informative seminar that I attended. I wanted the least amount of “headaches” for my family upon my death. Everyone in the law firm has been very helpful & efficient. I would highly recommend working with them to preserve your asset upon death. It's a final gift I will give to my family!

I would highly recommend your firm to anyone for estate planning and any other need. I have had an excellent experience with my own estate planning. I also want to commend Leigh Pilgrim for her kindness, compassion and professionalism when talking with her. Thank you for all you do.

I've been working with Nirenstein, Horowitz and Associates since 1995 which is when I first came to them for estate planning purposes. This firm is very professional and has done an outstanding job of establishing a trust for my family which has proved to be highly beneficial seeing as I lost my wife 4 years ago. Overall the trust Administration process has been exceptional in keeping me informed of the necessary changes in legal and tax changes that affect my trust documents.

My nan went here to plan here estate earlier this year. She was thrilled with what was done for her.
We all assumed it was good thorough work to. There was so many papers bound together! Looked like an encyclopedia.
Then again none of us knew anything about estate laws or the like.
We came to see after our nan's passing that she had a useless living trust. It was set up but none of my nan's accounts or properties were put in it by these lawyers. Nothing. So now on top of dealing with the loss we have to go to court and deal with that mess.
I am presently in talks with a different estate lawyer
