All of our covers are custom made to order with the exact measurements provided to ensure a perfect fit. For measurements see additional information below. All of our covers are custom made to order, please expect 10 to 15 days for covers to be ready.
Most hot tubs are standard round, square or rectangular and easier to make a cover for, however for units with multiple curves, speaker cutouts or longer than normal lengths additional notes or information with a representative may be required for your cover needs, when all adequate information necessary has been received to submit to our manufacturer a final price for you can be given.

We recently bought a house with an old hot tub. I wanted a maintenance check and it badly needed a new cover. The office staff was very responsive and helpful. The technician was really helpful in explaining a lot about hot tub maintenance and the issues for this old tub. I am looking forward to getting my new cover! I will definitely call them again if we have other issues.

I've dealt with a lot of businesses in the past 30 years. The technician Tom The Hot Tub doctor goes beyond the call of duty. So efficient very professional, very down to earth, very fair price. Wish I knew him 30 years ago. He research and explains what's happening to your Equipment.He had hot tub parts in tools where he can repair and replace it with no questions ask. I am not sure I can say enough great things about my experience with the spa repair service provided by the team at The Hot Tub Doctor. I had an issue with temperature control. The tech Thom methodically checked each component to make sure we had the correct fix. He was very knowledgeable and careful with finding the right solution. The part took a while to get in which is understandable considering the supply chain issues at this time. Thom was just great. This company is very responsive. They are out of Upland but were able to service me in Norco. The tech named Tom is a very nice and knowledgeable technician to work with. The wait times for product was a little longer than expected but I think there is a lag with shipments due to COVID. Speaking of COVID the tech showed up wearing a mask which was much appreciated. I can't say enough about this company. They will be my go to for all other spa needs. They installed a hydraulic system which makes it so much easier for me to use my swim spa on a regular basis. Tom and Yasmin at The Hot Tub Doctor are the best at serving their customers with outstanding service> Tom inspected my 20 year old spa and provided recommendations on how to repair the various issues it was having. Following his suggested steps for repair, the spa is now operating like a new spa. Yasmin always kept in-touch with me aa I had ordered a new cover, steps and a new pump. Tom is super responsive in installing everything perfectly. I could not be happier!

My hot tub had stop working for about a year it had several leaks and other problems, Tom went through a very detailed inspection, once finished he went into detail of all the problems found and the cost of repair plus parts, he came back within a week after ordering parts and started on the repair with all the proper parts and equipment. There's no more leaks on my hot tub, and everything has been fixed. Very professional and knowledgeable. The cost was reasonable. I highly recommend the hot tub doctor.

Excellent service! My Jacuzzi was not heating. Tom performed a thorough inspection and ran a few tests while explaining each part's function in detail. He is very trustworthy, professional, and did not try to replace any parts that were not needed. I would definitely call The Hot Tub Doctor for future needs. I highly recommend their service!

These guys are amazing. I have an older hot tub and needed service, some repairs and parts. They got the parts came as promised and did an amazing job. I definitely recommend calling these guys out.
