We had a great experience with Sensible Spas in Livermore! We had a personalized appointment with Debbie who was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. They delivered our spa same day and helped set it up. We were in it the next night, relaxing and looking at the stars. I highly recommend Sensible Spas!

We have own a spa for the last 30 years so we knew what we wanted. It was easy to set up the appointment to view the spas in inventory. Debbie was wonderful to work with. The delivery was super smooth. We asked them to remove our old spa and deliver our new one. The whole experience was as smooth as it could be. The guys set up and explained any details important to the particular spa we had purchased. Would absolutely recommend this business.

The selection and prices of spas was appealing. Called about the spa I was interested in and was told that model was arriving the following day. Went down to have a look, was helped by Sean who went over the main points. Purchased on the spot. Delivery was prompt and on time. Sean went through the maintenance requirements at our home, and when they left the spa was installed and operating. Excellent experience. Highly recommend. Greg

Needed a new spa cover and was referred to Sensible Spas by my pool maintenance company. They came out quickly, measured and looked at specifics of my hot tub, offered me a couple of options. Cover came in timeframe I was given, they came out quickly and installed the new, hauled away the old and now I have a functioning cover again! I would definitely call them again for any of my hot tub needs. They were very responsive, knowledgeable and friendly!

Had a good experience. They had spas available when I called (whereas most other places had a 4-10 month wait) and I was able to go right away. They delivered the next business day and set it all up, making sure that they did it quickly so they didn't run into rain. There were no deals like some other spas and they were a little more expensive, but great service!

After reading all the great reviews for Sensible Spa, we kinda knew we were going to buy our replacement hot tub from them. True to reviews....Bill & Kathy were so easy to work with, and professional. They explained the entire process, step by step, and everything happened just as they'd predicted. Kudos to Sean who explained in detail the different spas available and which one would work best for us at this time. The delivery and removal of our old hot tub went smoothly and Sean came back and showed us how to use all the different options. Was nice to deal with local "family"

Whilst so many people have been waiting up to a year for a hot tub. This family owned business installed my beautiful sparkling spa in just over 2 months. They took care of the whole installation via crane in the Orinda Hills. They came round to check out the space, sent the excellent electrician, Mario and guided me, courteously through the whole process. Bill even starred in our home made 'how to maintain the spa ' videos. They have subsequently followed up and I'm confident will provide outstanding aftercare.

I was hoping the company would TRY to make amends for their bad behaviour but, of course, they did not. Their response was typical of the service I received so far. Let's break their response to my review on yelp down and make it more accurate:

Loved doing business with Sensible Spas. We had an old spa that we wanted removed from our house. From the point of first contact to the job completion was a perfect experience for us. I was asked to send pictures of the hot tub I wanted removed when I called them to enquire about the job. Very shortly after, I got a very quick and reasonable quote from with possible dates to complete the job. They called a day in advance of the agreed date to inform me that they had an opening to complete the job sooner. Crew arrived on time. They were very polite and professional. My spa had stopped heating and so called Sensible Spas and spoke to Bill. He came out that very day and diagnosed the issue within minutes. After ordering parts he came out a couple of days later and fixed it. He even called and followed up to make sure everything was working ok a few days later! Where do you get service like that anymore these days? His price was very reasonable as well. I would highly recommend this company!

Great product knowledge and service, a very relaxed and no pressure experience. On our first visit to the showroom, there was not a model that fit our needs. They took our number and said they would contact us when they received additional models. We received calls/texts two consecutive weeks when they received new deliveries and we found a unit that fit our need in size and features. The price was very reasonable and we made our purchase in the afternoon. The spa was delivered, set up and filled the next morning, and we were enjoying it that evening. I bought my Caldera Geneva spa from Sensible Spas in 2011. We were able to shop the different models at the store and we good very good advice and also a good price. The installation on our property was not easy (access) and Bill did a great job getting everything in and set up. The few times the spa needed maintenance or repair, Bill came by quickly and fixed the issues for a fair price. Highly recommended.

Great experience buying a spa from Sensible Spas! We tried three other businesses and did not get much help and were about to give up. Fortunately, we found Sensible Spas. They have a good inventory and were knowledgeable about the products. Our spa was installed within a week of purchase and they spent time with us going over everything we needed to know to maintain the spa. We have been enjoying our spa ever since.
