I ordered not once but twice a yeti cooler had two different order numbers only to be told the item is out of stock. How do you make that mistake twice in 3 day? Canceled part of my order and did not notify me, nor refund me until I physically went to their store and asked about my order. I had just bought a $1100 dock box and had pulled out of the parking lot. My husband called saying he needed a sewage line. I had to get turned around and I was in a rush, so I asked him to call and to ask them if they would cut the line and have it waiting for me at the front desk. The store wouldn’t do it because of their policy, which I find… ridiculous. Even more ridiculous that my husband offered to pay for it over the phone so that the “policy” wouldn’t matter about how people would tell them to cut it and then never show up. Worst company I've dealt with paid for overnight shipping didn't receive my item until four days later then when the shipment arrived only 1/2 of the product was in the box they did credit me back the shipping cost and when I called them about the product missing the response was it may be 7 days before you receive a replacement

Highly recommend this store!! Mark & Tim were extremely helpful and funny! They wanted to help and went the extra mile in order to do so. First trip, went to Lowe’s (my mistake) before going to West Marine. West Marine will be the first place I go to for any boat related supplies were parts.

I was pleasantly surprised to see a West Marine in Oklahoma. It's the only place to buy Interlux paint products for your boating vessel.

Staff is always very helpful but as usual with Westbury and the prices are outrageous. The five stars are really just because the staff is great can go out of their way to help you.

We arrived at West Marine at 5:53pm in desperate search of life jackets. We had seen they had some in stock online, so we made a bee-line there to get there before the closed at 6:00pm. As soon as he saw us pull in the parking lot, the gentleman working got out from behind the counter to start locking the door. Rude... Sat out front waiting for them to open then When time to open he came out and told me he would have to be on the phone with IT because he was having a problem with the register... He said it would take about 15 to 20 min... Which I understand because I am in IT myself... But he then stated that even tho the store was supposed to be open I couldn't at least come in and look around... I do know for a fact it was because I was wearing a mask... Trust me it was quick and easy to figure it out... here in Tulsa alot of people treat you bad because you choose to wear a mask... Not right at all

This place has a good selection of products. The staff is very nice and helpful. You can get in and out quickly at this location. This store being small it still has the products you need. They have some nice boat electronics on display also.

If you are here for the epoxy it is much much cheaper if you shop around online. Ordering epoxy tint took 2 weeks to fulfill the order. In my case I would have saved $26 online and 12 days.

Never open. Come on 10-5. What's the point. Even google clearly shows that their highest traffic is in the evening. 6pm was already hard to make but 5pm means I might as well order what I need from amazon with free shipping. Items in stock at this location are going down as well. Really nothing distinguishing this location anymore. Low stock bad hours.

Contrary to the word "closed" at the end of the name, this business is not closed. This location is very small and the staff not that knowledgeable. They are quite helpful with what they do know, but it is few and far between. If you have a choice and have the willingness to travel, go to the West Marine on NorthBound Tamiami Trail in Punta Gorda just over the bridge. The associates are more knowledgeable and the inventory is much greater and more varied.
