My husband and I met with a man named Kevin from this business to go over some details for our granite. We hired a contractor who uses them for projects. We thought that Kevin could have been more professional. I was surprised that he would wear a shirt with a noticeable food stain to meet with customers. Making us wonder what type of craftsmanship will we see in our countertops if the company sends out an employee with stains on his clothes. Since then, we decided to purchase our granite from another source.

I've had the privilege to work with Classic in both a professional and personal relationship. As a kitchen designer, I have total trust that Classic will exceed all client expectations and stand by their workmanship. I ordered a bathroom cabinet from a local company and Classic was subcontracted to provide the vanity top. The top was damaged on the day of delivery in my driveway while they cut the slots for the sink. They installed the top anyway and said nothing. I inspected it after he shoved a piece of paper in my face and told me to sign it and left in a hurry. I chased them down and demanded they come back. He fixed it with clear resin. In retrospect I should have made him take it back. I had to have another guy billed as the ultimate repairman fix it again. It looked worse than the first repair. I then
