We were given very short notice that prom was ok'd for our Senior and I decided to get her a limo. Shane was the very first person to contact me back and give a quote, within minutes! I shopped around and came back to Lady Luck Limousine because they responded so fast to my questions and I trusted the reviews on Yelp. We reserved a Lincoln Limo and to our pleasant surprise it had an issue that day 5/8/21 and we were upgraded for free to the huge Limo! My daughter and her friends were so excited to see this huge fancy Limo outside! Tom the driver was dressed so professionally and was very nice

So I was supposed to get married this month but due to the Covid 19 pandemic I had no choice but to reschedule.. Fortunately working with Shane as one of my vendors, rescheduling the limo for a future date was a walk in the park. Shane was very professional and was willing to go the extra mile in assisting me with however way possible. He didn't give me a difficult time with in regards to the deposit, scheduling and was very promt in his response. I reserved a limousine to pick up my daughter and her friends from school for her 18th birthday,,,our driver was ben,,..My daughter came out from school and saw that the limo was for her and she was in tears,,,,i was watching from a far,,,they went got their nails done,,went to eat ,,and went shopping,,,Ben was early,,and was sweet and the girls loved him and the limousine,,and I think I got a good price ,,will and would use again,,,,,Thank You Lady Luck Limousine for making my girls 18th birthday special,,,,,crystal
