Communicating with the owner Felix is challenging and annoying to say the least. I was trying to confirm a limo for my friends birthday. I emailed him multiple times just to get a simple confirmation. Finally after 3 request he replied.... "this is your confirmation." No indication that my request was accepted or details in relation to the service I was requesting. Finally, by a miracle I got a legit confirmation of the date and service.
Please note my rating had nothing to do with the driver as he was great. He arrived to pick its up on time and was friendly the whole time. This is purely a reflection
