We had a big rock chip/ dent on the hood of our 2017 BMW. Being a new car, I was very picky about the paint quality and match. Jeff did a superb job of matching the metallic paint. The color and sheen is right on. I am very happy with the quality of work, and how they handled the insurance company. Thanks guys!

Bought a new grille because I don't like the stock grille for my vehicle very much. After watching videos and reading about what that would entail, I decided I'd rather pay for a pro to make the swap rather than spending half my weekend and maybe get it right.
First I got a quote from the dealership and of course they gave me a bloated estimate and I also would have to take time off from work since they're only open Monday through Friday with bankers hours. Mike and his team did a beautiful job at returning my car to it original condition. Unlike the big auto body shops, I received personal, timely and professional customer service. Mike was great at explaining and showing me the repair details he made. I felt completely confident with their knowledge and skills in auto repair. I was rear ended in my BMW on Jan 2013 looking for a quality auto body shop I could trust. I read such great reviews for Refinishing Touch so I called and the owner, Jeff, answered.
