I brought my Honda Odyssey to be repaired do to rattle noise on my bumper. I ordered a replacement to fix the problem. I got the vehicle back with a new painted bumper altho the problem with the rattling was not corrected. I take it back to have it looked at. The rattle was still the problem I take it in for. I was told it was the wind shield. I was gonna make another Appointment to have it corrected. Now I'm told they are to busy. I'm out of 1,100.00 for a new bumper that I probably didn't need and stuck with the same issue I brought it in for. I got the brush off, Ripped Off!

I brought my car to Thompson Auto Body after getting wildly different estimates from other body shops. Monica did a great job in walking me through the work that was needed and provided a detailed and thorough estimate. The job ended up being completed ahead of schedule AND lower in price than the original quote! This shop exceeded my expectations and I would absolutely bring my car here again for any future work! They did a really great job on our car. It needed body work done after someone hit it while it was parked outside our house. The insurance that the other person had was horrible and Monica at Thompson Auto Body really went to bat for us communucating with them. It was a pretty extreme situation with the complacency of the other insurance company but she was persistent and we could not have moved forward without her. She even followed up with extra emails to help us get reimbursed for some of the extra trouble. This is a solid business with great people running it. We are very thankful for our experience

My daughter was in an accident and we chose to use Thompson. They were AMAZING. Monica returned my call immediately and kept us up to date on the damage & repairs. They stayed in contact with our insurance company to make sure that everything moved along.
They tried to have our insurance company pay for an original Chrysler part vs. aftermarket (they wouldn't). Thompson's felt so strongly that it needed to be the original part that they paid the difference.
I will definitely use them again and send anyone who asks. I appreciate that they are in my neighborhood and have been for 28+ years.

I'm a certified auto appraiser and I have inspected a lot of repairs from Thompson Auto Body. In a sea of hack body shops in the area, where fraud is prevalent, Thankfully this is not one of them. In the past 10 years I've probably inspected hundreds of vehicles repaired by Thompson. I've never found any fraudulent work, or inferior repairs. The repairs have always been correct and I've only had to send maybe a couple back in all those years for minor things. They appear to put their clients first, and advocate for them. I highly recommend Thompson Auto Body if you're in need of collision repair

Family owned, independent neighborhood body shop. That means they do best by you and not the insurance company. Monica works well with the insurance claims and knows all the ins and outs so don't let an adjuster steer you elsewhere. They are fair and do excellent work. They have a car here and there for sale too if you ever need.

Thompson Auto Body is th best for many reasons. They take great car of you & your vehicle, they keep you informed via email/ text/ phone. It doesn't matter if it's a fender bender or major accident, they'll take care of your vehicle. One of the thing I liked was they knew how to deal with the insurance companies.
I've taken my 4runner to them pre & pro COVID-19. Nothing changed with the my service.

We've been taking our cars to Thompson Auto Body since 2014, and probably averaging one repair a year. Every time, they have been exceptional. Monica and Jim have taken great care of our vehicles over and over. Monica handles the insurance and all the details and parts (and hand holding, when I need it!), while Jim does an expert job of repairing and repainting. They explain everything patiently, get the work done perfectly every time, and usually early. They're very personable and great to work with, every time.

Thompson is passionate about making your car right. I had a wonderful experience with them early last year. A side door protector strip was coming off a little, so I brought it back to them to check. They greeted me, stopped what they were working on to get it on removed and replaced. They cleaned up and polished that whole side, and then washed the whole car. Even worked on a couple of scratches I'd picked up. They apologized for me having to return, and would not take anything for the extra service. It is certainly my auto body choice should I need those services. Can't say enough good things

They did an amazing job on my Subaru Outback. Even vacuumed and cleaned it inside and outside. I was very positively surprised. All the damage has been fixed quickly and very professionally. The result looks perfect. Service is excellent. They took care of rental reservation and dealing with the insurance. I can recommend this place and would always go here again.

Wow, where do i begin. I took my 2015 black dodge ram to Thompson Auto Body after an accident. I left my truck unwashed and dirty. Right away Monica started taking care of the paperwork, scheduled my rental car and got me in the next day. Immediately, it was evident that this is not your average auto body shop. James loves cars and takes care of his customers, Monica takes care of the rest. Upon picking up my truck this mourning, i was delighted at the detailed work these guys performed. I can't say enough about how happy I am with the service we just received! My 22 year old son just moved to Portland after graduating from college. 15 days later, he wrecked the car. Monica was wonderful to work with in keeping his costs down as HE had no money and we live in California and were paying for the repairs. They were fantastic at walking our son through the process. Monica sent me emails to keep me updated on costs. It was done within 2 weeks and it looks great! I hope he never needs auto body work again, but if he does, I know where he's going!

Awesome body shop! Needed my low-mileage but 25-year-old 4Runner's crumpled tailgate (don't ask) replaced. Wrecking yards don't hang onto metal body parts this old but owner Monica said she'd see what she could find. She called me a few hours later with info from a Craigslist ad. It was the correct year so I snapped it up, but mine has a spare tire which meant the license plate bracket and the backup lights and the lighting harness and the tire mount would all need to be hand customized to make it work. I just had a mirror replaced and painted but the mirror I had brought in was the wrong type. They took care of the issue and I wasn't charged more because of it. They also touched up a few scratches for me without charging extra. These little customer service acts went above the job I was paying them for.
The work was done right and they are very friendly. They'll walk you through anything you need to know/want to know. Hopefully, I will not be in need of more work, but if so I know where to go.

The owners are amazing. They are patient to explain everything necessary in order to have a full understanding of what needs to be done & they do not over-quote, over-promise or over-exaggerate. They work with insurance companies to resolve issues in a timely manner and they are always friendly, professional & helpful. HIGHLY recommend, even if you have to come over from the West side, they are DEFINITELY worth it!

Monica took care of all the paperwork for me. She even scheduled my rental car service pickup.
The bid from my insurance was for a patch job. Monica got them to replace all the damaged parts with new factory parts.
The repair work looks better than new. I say better because they detailed my entire car and fixed a small dent!
