This service is absolutely the worst. I called for a taxi and was told 30 minutes, over an hour later they never showed up! When I called back to see what was going on they said they told me they did not have anyone available, which was a total lie. This is a completely unreliable company, you are better off walking home instead of calling them. Thank god Uber is taking over the business!

Horrible customer service. I work front desk for a hotel and called on behalf of a customer, after them putting me on hold and them stuttering around on the phone for awhile my final answer was a quick NO, no one around to help you and they briskly hung up on me. Given this business is located right down the street from me that's highly unlikely. They will never be getting another call from me, or my hotel. Save your time and download "Uber" or "Lyft".

Called they said driver would call me after 20 minutes I heard nothing called back they took all my information again and said they would send a cab right away after 30 more minutes no one still showed up.ended up just walking 3 hours home

Great service, great new clean cabs. My driver was excellent! Fast and reliable service, I was lucky enough to get him to bring me back home! I was very happy with everything! If you want great service and value, go with Yellow Cab!!! :)
