Excellent service to and from The airport! Maxx provided great taxi service to the airport in the very early hours of the morning. He was on time, very polite, and professional. Larry provided excellent taxi service on my return trip. My flight was delayed 3 hours, but Larry was there the minute my flight arrived. He was so friendly, polite and professional. I highly recommend Taxi Maxx!

This is a small company located in Mason, Ohio, but the very best customer service! Maxx and his team made multiple trips to the airport to accommodate my group. Each way was about 45 minutes and they managed to smoothly pick up and deliver everyone to our destination. Even delayed flights weren’t a problem, they made sure to coordinate trips back and forth until my team of eight was at our company summit. He did it all over again on the various days we needed people back to the airport. Both Maxx and Larry were pleasant and professional, yet made our rides amusing. Gave great recommendations

I'm kinda partial since Max has been a good friend for over 10 years, but I have used this service on occasion. He knows I have high standards and Taxi Maxx exceeds such OCD expectations. The 'competition' (if… you want to call it that) doesn't come close.
This is a venture that comes highly recommended. I'd stake my own reputation on it.
As a matter of fact, my brothers could use a lift to a concert next week and I'm pretty sure I know who to call...

Needed a ride to and from CVG for 6 adults and luggage. Larry arrived promptly at our home at 4:30am and was waiting for us at the airport for the return trip. He was courteous and a good driver. The rate was excellent. We will be calling Taxi Maxx instead of other options for all our needs. It is not easy or cheap to find a ride around town for 6 people!

I've used Taxi Maxx several times to take us from the Northern suburbs to concerts at Riverbend and nights out Downtown. Taxi Maxx is a refreshing alternative to Uber because I know my driver and I can often talk to Max directly for special requests. His rates are competitive and the service is reliable and efficient. I highly recommend trying Taxi Maxx for your next night out!

I wish more business owners took care of their customers like Taxi Maxx! We use this service for all our customers that need transportation, we have used them for airport runs ourselves as well. You couldn't ask for a nice, more polite taxi service. PRICES ARE GREAT!!! Thank goodness for REAL cabs.. Uber drivers make me crazy!!! THANKS TAXI MAXX!!!!

Max and his team are extremely professional, courteous and accommodating. I use them every time I need a lift in the area or run to the airport. A couple of months ago, I entrusted them to take my parents to the airport with a very limited window to make their flight. The driver took the perfect route to avoid traffic delays that would've otherwise caused them to miss their flight. They made it solely thanks to the driver doing whatever it took for the customer. Fair prices, impeccable customer service, and clean cars/vans - I will always have Max and his team on my speed dial!

Started off ok picking us up in Mason taking us to Reds game at 4pm for 7:05pm game. However when I called to pick us up 30 mins before we needed them (granted 1 hr rain delay and some extra innings), they would NOT answer the phone and left us stranded on negotiated pick up. We had to beg another company to drive us home. If you want to be stranded, pick this company. Not reliable!!!!!!

I was absolutely blown away at the poor attitude and service of Max (who said he was the manager)! I called from our company where I am a manager to report one of their drivers who was speeding excessively in our community. I explained we have a posted 10 mph speed limit throughout, as well as children and pets present, and his driving was unsafe. I was simply calling to request that the management speak to the driver to request they be more aware of their surroundings, and drive more safely. I had even taken a picture of the car with the plate number so he could look up who it was in the taxi

I was highly upset by the lack of accommodation from this company. A supposed 24 hr taxi company didn't seem interested in taking my friends and I home late night/early morning. Granted weather may have been an issue but you all just said no. We are trying to be responsible adults and feed money into your company. And the answer is no? Don't tell us it's a half hour wait if you aren't gonna show. Just saying.

Terrible. Had a 13 passenger van scheduled to pick up a group from the banks downtown. Confirmed the pickup that day and they didn't show. Called and texted several time before the scheduled pick up and got no response. Had to scramble and find someone sober enough to get the large group home. Nightmare!!!! I would definitely NOT trust this service for a pre scheduled ride.
